It is no surprise that each year a complete catalog of new games and toys on the market and one of the big items for the 2017 holidays are games that are somehow boosted by technology.
One of the first games a child would play is probably stacking and as a matter of fact, stacking games are fun for all ages and have been on holiday lists for ages. So, how do you take the traditional stacking game and make it a whole new experience?
Beast of balance
Geared for any aged 7 to 100, this innovative game brings together Jenga and Pokemon to deliver a one of a kind tabletop game that allows families and friends to bond and have fun while using the technology to create the ultimate stacking tower.
The Beasts of balance game which was a Kick-started project that ended up with $624,277 and 5,815 backers is now an award-winning game that mixes technology and a traditional game to deliver an engaging game that can be played by the whole family.
Players can create teetering tower worlds in this tabletop/ technological game.
The game can be played by 1-5 players and consists of 24 stacking pieces that in conjunction with a free app is compatible with most modern iOS and Android devices. Create a whole new world that is displayed on the connected device, players pick one of the stacking pieces: a beast, element, action, or miracle piece to stack onto the tower.
Each time a new piece is added to the tower the world evolves on the screen. The goal is to build a tower with as many pieces as possible to keep the world evolving with more elements added…If the tower is knocked over, the volcano erupts…ending your world in a shower of fire.
Love it
The game is very exciting and the whole family will be hooked on balancing objects on the tower, Jenga-style, to create animals and save them. Kids and parents get to use strategy to build a simply stunning world.
Warning…The game is lots of fun and addictive! Keep in mind that younger players might have a harder time stacking the pieces which will translate on to a shorter game for more skilled players, but that is part of the fun!
You can create over 100 different beasts using the stacking pieces and the app as there are endless ways to combine and stack your pieces!
The Beasts of Balance game is user-friendly and easy to set up. Great for getting kids to cooperate and work together in the creation of this new digital world.
This ultimate stacking game would make a great addition to family night, sleepovers and play dates!

This game is interactive with adults and kids. Our children spend too much time on their phones and gaming devices — this allows them to use their brain and think about strategies to make the game more interesting and fun. The team can create over 100 beasts to make each game unique and fun for everyone playing. I would love this for my grand kids!
