About eight or nine weeks ago, I decided to sign up for the Fit Body Boot Camp. I love exercising, but if I have to be honest, my main issue is getting started. I figured I could give this a try and see if I liked it.

The boot camp offers have a high-intensity 30-minute exercise program in which you follow a coach’s instructions through the workout. These are group workouts with four different stations, and you do a primary and secondary exercise at each station. The group is divided among the different stations. You can start at whichever station you prefer, but you will complete all the stations by the end of the routine.

You move from station to station, and by the time the whole routine is done (including a stretching exercise), the 30 minutes are done.

First off, let me say that I was not convinced you can see any results with just 30 minutes workouts. But the reality is that by the time the 30 minutes are done, I can hardly move. There is no way I could do more than the 30 minutes.

Does This Class Work?

I have been part of the boot camp for about eight weeks, and I have lost 10.5 pounds and 7% body fat. Better yet, I feel amazing and very motivated!

The company does recommend visiting the facility at least three times a week to see results. I go between four and five times a week.

Visits are unlimited—you could go twice a day if you have the time and energy to do so. I have not been able to go twice in a day just yet!

The trainers give you pointers and dietary information and start with challenges that you can join (I am doing a keto challenge right now).

The Staff Makes the Place

The staff is amazing! They are all very helpful and cheerful, and the coaches work with an intern throughout the routines. I am amazed at how they manage to keep track of and help anyone that needs it through the workout!

I am hooked! I love the environment, the facility, and the high-intensity workout.

The Downside

As you can expect, anytime you work out, there is a chance of getting hurt. While I have seen more benefits than issues, I did manage to hurt my right knee for which I immediately got a knee support brace.

I actually bought a set of knee braces but was not too impressed with the results. Then tried the Uprotective knee brace.

A breathable knee support brace that is recommended for sports, arthritis, running, meniscus tear pain relief, and accelerating recovery works really well for me. My favorite feature? It’s adjustable and allows me to add compression if I need it.

My knee is doing a lot better, but some of the exercises can be tough on my knee, and the knee brace helps me to prevent further injuries.

I love it! It provides me the support I need through my workout, and even though my knee doesn’t hurt anymore, I continue to wear it. It’s permanently in my gym bag!

It does provide me with support but is still comfortable enough to wear during the workout, which is exactly what I need.

It is made with quality materials, and it is only $13.99 on Amazon and free shipping for Prime members! It’s a great find.
