It is summer and a lot of us are taking or planning on taking a small break and maybe take the kids or significant other on a small vacation…This can be lots of fun, but the extra activities and outdoors adventures can take a toll on you, so how do you stay in prime condition to keep up? Supplements…Vitamins maybe?
Packing vitamins and supplements might be a good idea, especially if they are already part of your routine. While it sounds like a great idea, I have never been very good at packing vitamins when I go on a trip and if I have to be honest, quite often I forget to take them at home, so what if there was a way for you to carry your vitamins with you at all times, no pill cases, no Ziplock bags or bottles, no water needed….Pretty convenient right?
Let me introduce you to Instavit
A few weeks ago I was introduced to a very convenient… new way to take your vitamins; Instavit is a small spray bottle that allows you to get your vitamins on the go by spraying 1-4 pumps straight into your mouth and you are all set!
The Instavit sprays include a great selection of must have products to match your need and life style. I was sent a selection of sprays to try.
Normally found in meat, fish and dairy products, the B12 Vitamin promotes healthy brain functions and mood boosting. The Instavit B12 spray provides you with 6 mcg (100% daily value ) of vitamins, and the best part is that the spray is actually quite tasty and since it is so small , it can fit virtually anywhere. So you can easily stick one of the Instavit sprays in your bag, gym bag and even in your pocket!
The Vitamin B12 spray comes in 14ml /0.5 FL. OZ bottles and has a retail price of $15.99 for a 28 servings bottle.
Another of the Instavit sprays I tried was the Clearer Thinker.
Also sold in a small spray bottle (all Instavit come in the 14ml /0.5 FL. OZ bottles and have a retail price of $15.99 for a 28 serving’s bottle). This is actually my favorite spray as I use it whenever I feel like I need a little something and I am dragging…A couple of pumps and I feel instantly revitalized and having a baby a home, I feel like that way more often than I would like to admit.
The Clearer Thinker is formulated with doctor-approved Vitamin B complexes, a blend of brain-healthy botanicals, and has zero sugar and zero calories.
The Instant Energy
Featuring a mix of caffeine and vitamins, this will give you a little push when you need it. Keep in mind that if you regularly drink caffeine drinks or coffee, that this has caffeine as one of the ingredients. I personally like the Clearer thinker and even though they are meant for different things, the Clearer thinker does the trick for me.
They also have the Sweet Dream sleeping aid which helps with the occasional sleeplessness and contains ingredients known to help achieve a good night’s sleep like chamomile and melatonin… I like the taste and it seems to work as it is supposed to…I have not had any sleeping issues since I have had the baby ( usually exhausted by the end of the day), so I can only speak from my experience and would have to see how it works when I am having a sleepless episode.
Over all, I like the taste of the different sprays and love the convenient packaging that allows me to carry my vitamins anywhere I go!
