This is week 20 In the Nutrisystem blogger program and I have to apologize for my late posts…..In my defense I have to say I have a lot of family matters that have kept me busy and I have recently started to work…. This is my very first time working in the United States and smart little me got a job in a major retail store right before the holidays and BLACK FRIDAY….So bear with me!

With all I have going on, I have been very anxious which is never good for stress eaters like myself, but I have to say I have managed quite well to stay away from temptation and mall food. I bring my Nutrisystem food and leave it in the store fridge and use the microwave. The great thing about being able to do this, is that I can stick to my program and do not go for the food I can get in the food court which we all know is not the best weight loss food.

I am still working towards my goal of losing a total of 10 more pounds by beginning of January and that will bring me very close to my total goal of 30 lbs. So far I’ve lost 14 1/2 lbs. And I have to say that even though I am only about half way there, that I look better than I have in years and have already changed most of my wardrobe ….YAY me!
