This is my week number 38 In the Nutisystem blogger program and I only have about four more weeks in the program left, so I really want to make the best of it, and while I will miss the food, I think I will miss the support and interaction the most!

This last week was a little crazy as it has been lately….This past week my mother in law had to be rushed to the hospital and we kept her company for about three days, so I ended up having to eat some food from the hospital cafeteria and funny enough there is not the healthiest food there is.

While I did have a couple of my trail mix bars with me for lunch, I did eat some of the hospital food, and was still able to shed one more pound. While this was not my meeting my goal of the 2 pounds I wanted to lose, at least I did not gain any weight. I did see the scale go up and down a few times ,the final number was a -1 lib.

Now, we are heading up north for about three weeks so I have already started working on my menu for the time we are going to be up there. Even though I was not be able to bring any of my Nutrisystem frozen foods, I am bringing my Trail mix bars and other foods that do not need to be refrigerated. I am also packing my little guide card that helps me keep track of what to eat when I am out ( daily tracker), along with my daily planner!
