This is week 7 in my Nutrisystem journey and I am really happy to report that even though I am still not able to go to the gym, I started to slowly get some exercise walking in so this week I have actually lost a little over a pound and I am ready to make that pound into 10 pounds!

One thing I have learned from Nutrisystem is that sometimes I need to switch things around a little and this week I have been eating my lunches at night time and dinners at lunch time which seems to kick start the whole process for me.

I have am also making sure that I am drinking all the necessary water which I was not doing a great job with. Consuming the right amount of water is very important for your health, but also helps your stomach feel fuller, longer.

One thing is for sure, the program seems to be working because people keep telling me how good I look. Even though I have a very clear goal in my mind and I want to lose a total of 20 pounds, weight is not my only objective as I am also looking to feel better with myself and feel better health wise.

I have had a few different people ask me about the program and I have been giving them insights about the food, the menus and my favorite foods within the Nutrisystem program.

One thing I highly recommend to anyone looking to embark on this journey, is to download the Nutrisystem Free app NuMi and of course the Leaf for inspiration, recipes and inspiration. I love that website!

 

Oh a little fun fact, Walmart is now carrying some Nutrisystem products ( Including the shakes) Yum. So if you want to have an idea of what Nutrisystem tastes like, you can start with that!nutri-walmart
