Since I was a kid, one of my favorite things about the holidays has been the decorations. I love how people prepare for the occasion with beautiful decorations and how you can perceive a difference in the air with pumpkin spice and cinnamon scents that are easily found anywhere you go.

The Christmas decoration is something that my mother took very seriously, and the tree would be up long before Thanksgiving.

But she was not the only one! You can hear holiday music in the stations and of course, the streets would be dressed for the occasion.

As a parent, I want my kids to enjoy all that excitement and I want them to get that warm fuzzy feeling that I always had during the holidays.

Decorating for the holidays

In the last few years, I have limited the holiday decorations to the Christmas tree because of the limited space we have in our condo, but I decided this year would be different. I am going to add a few touches here and there to add to the holiday mood.

Thomas Kinkaid, Holiday decorations

Since my space is limited, I had to think hard on the pieces I wanted to add to the home holiday decorations and found the Thomas Kinkade Wonderland Express tabletop tree at the Bradford Exchange store. I just could not walk away from it!

This beautifully crafted animated tabletop tree has 4 levels of rotating movement which includes Santa and his reindeer, around 2 dozen handcrafted figures, and 12 illuminated buildings. This one-of-a-kind tabletop will be the centerpiece for my home Christmas decorations this year!

The handcrafted and painted piece shows an impeccable craftsmanship and attention to details to deliver an outstanding and eye-catching piece that shows the Wonderland Express train climbing the tabletop Christmas tree while Santa and his reindeer fly doing his so anticipated deliveries.

More than lights and movement

The beauty of this piece is not just the tree itself, but also the medley of 8 timeless Christmas carols that play along while the train moves.

The tabletop can be powered by the AC adapter which is included or by 3 AAA batteries (not included). This allows you to conveniently place the Tabletop tree without having to worry about your small child pulling on the cable.

This is a great collector’s piece for all Thomas Kinkade fans and a nice holiday gift for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful holiday piece.
