This is Nutrisystem blogger program week 12 and as of today I have lost 9.5 lbs….Since I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago I have not been able to work out so I have been struggling to keep my weight under control. I have not really lost any weight the last couple of weeks, but the good news is that I am not putting on any weight and that is good news.
I just received my food shipment for the month a couple of days ago and have been working on my meal plan for the week. So far I have been keeping track of what I eat in my journal, but the last few days I decided to plan my meals ahead of time in hopes to keep a better control of what I eat.
As I mentioned before, not working out has made me a little anxious because I want to keep the same path Nutrisystem has taken me on and keep losing weight. My goal is 30 pounds, so I am still 20.5 lbs. to go. Hopefully I will be going back to my work out routine this next week…..I really hope so!
I am really happy I am part of the Nutrisystem program because any of the other diets I have tried have not really worked out for me and I can tell you it feels great when I see a neighbor or friend that they immediately comment on how much I have changed….I love that!
