I have seen many different designs for balance bikes, you know the ones without pedals that are meant to help little ones to improve their balance and learn to use a bike, but I have to say that none of the balance bikes I have seen are nearly as cute as the Prince Lionheart Whirl balanceSCOOTER! The wooden natural colored and pink details scooter is as cute as can be and has become part of my daughter’s room decoration when it’s not being used outside.
Setting up the scooter is really easy as there are just a couple of pieces that you will need to put together. DH was able to have the scooter up and running in a couple of minutes and even though I knew by looking at the picture on the Prince Lionheart’s website that the scooter was cute, I had no idea how really cute it is, I Love it!
The Prince Lionheart Whirl balance SCOOTER™ will teach your little one how to balance – a very important skill that will be necessary before transitioning to a two-wheeled pedal bicycle. The Whirl features solid rubber handgrips which makes it easy for little hands to hold on to without slipping and a height adjustable padded seat 15in – 18.5in. Your kids can start using it as young as 2 years old and until they are 5…….My 2 year old nephew as my 3 year old daughter loves it.
The 12 inch rubber tires need to be inflated just like a regular bike and the scooter’s 100% birch frame is made from an FSC certified forest.
By getting to practice on the Whirl, your little adventurer will gain the confident and the dynamic that is involved in riding a bike. Since the kids are in control of the bike and how fast it goes, it is a lot easier for them to get on a pedal bike after being on a glider like the Whirl.
