Last Holidays season I did a review for Pfaltzgraff and their Winterberry pattern dinner ware design… For almost 200 years the Pfaltzgraff brand has been associated with the highest quality ceramic products available for the home. The company grew from a modest-sized pottery shop that produced simple earthenware, salt-glazed stoneware crocks and even flower pots into one of the best known designers and marketers of dinnerware, drinkware, ceramic accessories, giftware and other products. Several Pfaltzgraff patterns are among the best-loved dinnerware designs in America, including Yorktowne, Folk Art, Naturewood and Pistoulet.
In 2005 Pfaltzgraff joined the family of Lifetime Brands, Inc. Lifetime Brands is a leading designer, developer and marketer of home products by some of America’s best known and most respected brands including Farberware®, KitchenAid®, Cuisinart®, Hoffritz®, Calvin Klein®, Wallace®, Towle®, Sasaki®, Joseph Abboud™ and a host of others. By joining Lifetime Brands, Pfaltzgraff is now able to offer its customers a full assortment of innovative kitchen prep and cooking tools, as well as the world’s finest dinnerware, drinkware and flatware for the table.
In this opportunity and as part of the Born 2 Impress Everything Home Event I bring you another great set of dinnerware from the Pfaltzgraff catalog. The Tuscany Floral design dinnerware which is a beautiful Italian inspired design features really nice earth tones with blue, green and gold color combinations with a delicate floral pattern that reminds me of what you will find in some places in Europe….Even though the set is Tuscany inspired It reminds me of a lot of those small Spanish towns I visited when I lived there.
It certainly has an old delicate and Latin flare. The set is absolutely beautiful and sustains the same quality I expect from the Pfaltzgraff brand. The Tuscany Design dish set will look amazing on any kitchen with a country style and it is actually very versatile as the colors on the design will allow this dinnerware to match different décor styles and color pallets.
The floral pattern on the set looks like it was actually hand painted giving the set an even more delicate feeling. The way the set is made, the edges on the dinner plates are blue, the edges on the salad plates are light green, the edges on the coffee mugs are blue, while the edges on the bowls are light green as are the salad plates….Love that little color game as it makes the whole set pop up and stand out. The mugs do seem to be a little more lightweight than the rest of the pieces on the set, so I would recommend extra caution when washing them.
The pieces are light weight which makes them great for the microwave as the food gets heated more evenly opposed to heavy weight plates. The set is both microwave and dishwasher safe. The Tuscany Design is available in a 16 ,32 , 48 and 64pcs. Sets with many additional pieces are available as you can buy them separately to add to your set.
Win it:
