This is week one after getting back on Nutrisystem and the transition from regular food to my Nutrisystem diet was a very smooth one…Since I have been with the program before, I know what to expect and also know what my favorite foods are so ordering was really easy…Not that it is difficult, but the first time you order, you go with the menu list and pick based on the names of the food, but now that I have tried the menu items, I can easily decide what my food for the month is going to be.
I have a weak spot for their pizzas and their melts…. I love all of them, so I ordered all the different melts they have along with a few other items for my lunch menu.
Each order comes with a tracker in which you can keep a log of what you are eating… I found that planning ahead what you are going to do day by day or even weekly if I have the time helps to stay on track as I don’t even have to think what I want to eat. All I need to do is just check my notes, go to the fridge and pop in whatever I decided in the oven or microwave.
My goal is to lose at least 15 more pounds…Some people would say that I look good the way I am right now, but I do not feel comfortable with my weight as at 5’2” I am pretty short and in my opinion, right now, I look husky, which is not how I looked before pregnancy.
What I love the most about Nutrisystem ( besides the food), is that it is so easy to follow and I do not have take the time or trouble to follow formulas or number counting!
