A baby’s heartbeat is one of the most powerful sounds I have ever heard in my life and each time I went for an ultrasound for either one of my kids, I always got very excited and nervous with anticipation to hear my baby’s heartbeat.
Just a few weeks ago I was introduced to My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear…I wish I knew such a product existed when I was pregnant as I would have loved to get one of these for both my pregnancies but sadly I did not know about such a nice and enduring keepsake until after I had my babies.

This is available in a variety of cute plush stuffed animals which comes with a small recorder in the shape of a heart that will allow an expecting mom to make a short recording of her baby’s heartbeat!
I received the lion for this review…Very soft to the touch, this adorable lion is very easy to use. All you need to do is remove a small plastic tab located on the red heart recording device, and then flip the switch to recording “R”.
A red light will come on letting you know that you can start recording ( squeeze the little heart), a little tip though, make sure the microphone is facing the sound you are trying to record and I say the sound because even though I was late to record the baby’s heartbeat, I recorded his voice which still makes a really nice keepsake…He is 9 months old now so his goos and gaas are a great keepsake also!
Once your recording is complete, flip the switch to “P” in order to lock the heart into playback mode. Make sure to place a piece of tape on the switch so as to not accidentally re-record over it.
You are done, all there is left to do now, is to place the heart into the back of your stuffed animal which has a Velcro closure.
This is a Cute, unique and one of a kind gift for any expecting and even a new mom. These adorable animals would make a wonderful baby shower and welcome baby gift.
