This is my 3rd week on Nutrisystem and thing are going great. This week has been easier than last week and things are falling into place. I also started walking about a mile or two on the days I do not go to the gym….It is not a lot of exercise, but I feel fantastic after I go to the gym or have a walk and the Nutrisystem food is completing the circle.
I tried to excise after I had the baby, but the results were not nearly as good as I am seeing now with Nutrisystem and the exercising…According to the scale, I have lost 4 pounds, but I look as if I have lost more than that which is great.
Last week, I told you all about NuVi ( Nutrisystem app), and told you about some of the features, but the more I use it, the more I like it…Today I actually used it to log my exercise. You can enter the amount of exercise you did, and it would calculate how many calories you burned…I love this because you can keep track of all that is related with the diet.
You can also mark your favorite foods which makes it easier to order your Nutrisystem food as all you need to do is take a look at the menu and which foods you mark as favorites so you can get exactly what you want as part of your menu….I loved their Chicken & Bacon Ranch Pizza which is part of the dinner options and the Steak and cheese melts, so guess what is on the menu for the next month….Yes and I ordered more than one!
They also have some really yummy desserts and breakfast items! So you really get foods that are tasty which makes the diet a lot easier…I love the fact that I can choose what I like…for example, I am not a soup person so I did not order soups as part of my diet.
You have a lot to choose from, so you do not get bored or tired of eating the same thing over and over again …I have been eating lots of vegies which I love to supplement the Nutrisystem diet with, which also helps to keep me satisfied throughout the day.
