We received a  Deluxe Bungee Boing foam bouncing toy in exchange for our honest and unbiased opinion.

I have always wanted to try a pogo stick, but to be honest I did not trust myself on one of those things. So when I was pitched the Deluxe Bungee Boing foam bouncing toy from Jumparoo a few weeks ago, I thought it would be a great way to try one of these toys… Yes, I know that they are meant for kids, but my daughter did not mind sharing for a little bit.

Super easy to use, this is a great “starter” pogo for ages 3 years and up. This pogo features a sturdy foam platform with an air chamber and a flexible bungee cord in place of a fixed stick, and a comfy padded handle bar that is easy to hold on to!

At first my daughter complained that it was hard to do which didn’t make sense to me, so I tried it myself (yes, I was dying to do that). The cord can be a little hard to pull at first, and a funny thing, is that it is probably easier for the smaller kids as they do not have to pull as hard as an older kid. My daughter is 8, so she is probably past the recommended age for the toy, but she still likes to play with it.

The truth is that after getting used to it and figuring out how hard or not she needed to pull on the cord, she loved the Jumparoo and honestly, after trying it for a little bit, I think the toy is a lot of fun and a lot safer than a traditional pogo stick, so I would be more inclined to let a younger child play with it.

To add more fun to the equation, the jumper squeaks with each bounce, which makes little ones want to keep going and make the toy squeak even more. For parents with sensitive hearing, you can actually remove the squeaker if you decide that it is too much for you.

I love the fact that with a bit of space, the kids can actually use it indoors as well as outdoors and it is really easy to carry around. We have actually brought it to the husband’s soccer games for my daughter and she loves it and she has also used it in our living room so far with no incidents.

The best part? They are actually exercising and building strength so they are doing physical activity that would help them build up some strength and burn some energy while having a lot of fun.

The brand offers pogo sticks for older kids, so we might need to be looking at one of those as it is a great way to keep the kids on their feet during school breaks!

The Jumparoo has can be found for about $18.00.
