This is my second week since I got back on the Nutrisystem blogger program and it has been as easy as I have expected. This week I also took time to read some materials and information…I have the tendency to try to stick to the three meals, but at times that does not help enough and you need to include the recommended powerfuels…you get 3 Powerfuels and 1 Smartcarb. You get 1 Powerfuel with breakfast, 1 Powerfuel 2-3 hours after breakfast as a snack, and 1 Powerfuel and Smartcarb 2-3 hours after lunch as a snack. .. This is just what you need. It not only helps you to stay on track, but it also helps with the weightloss, so you see, sometimes more is actually less…

Find the Powerfuels that work best for you. Almonds are a great Powerfuel, but there are many other tasty choices that would be great to help you on your weight loss journey.

I went shopping and added a lot of my favorite veggies to my list which actually does not count towards my daily food intake. So whenever I get really hungry, I steam some cauliflower, broccoli and green beans and I am as happy as can be.
In the middle of the afternoon I get my Nutrisystem shake ( that thing is seriously delicious) and that helps me control the hunger also. This coming week I am going through my list of Powerfuels and stocking my fridge with it.

I have found it very helpful to actually know what I am allowed or supposed to eat and how frequently as one of my main problems is not knowing what to do or what to get if I get hungry, so a few minutes reading all I need can save me a lot of headaches, not to mention that makes it easier knowing what I am going to eat throughout the day and even the week.
