If you work on a computer, then you know how a good comfortable chair, proper lighting, and back support are to preventing backaches and stiffness…As a matter of fact, it wasn’t until recently that I decided to get a small desk and office chair to work from. The reason I decided to get a proper working space was because my back was literally driving me insane, but after spending about $500.00 on a chair and desk, I realized I was still not as comfortable as I wished for. While it was not as bad as before, my back and shoulder were still quite stiff…So I did some research looking for a good back support cushion and that is how I found SimplePosture.

SimplePosture offers a selection of products to help relieve back pain and promote a healthy posture. Their catalog comprises of a handful of products, but even though the brand does not carry a wide selection, they are very much on point with the products they do offer.
BackGuard™
Premium Memory Foam Back Support Cushion that is about 13 x 15.5 x 5 inches and around 2 pounds. Made with high quality, this lower back cushion is designed to relieve lower back pain and tightness thanks to the support the cushion provides to the lower back.
I have been using the cushion for a couples of weeks and while I can’t say that I am pain free, I have seen a good improvement. I can also sit on my desk much more comfortably than I did before which is great!
The Back support cushion by SimplePosture is made of a soft to the touch material and features an adjustable strap to help you keep your back support cushion exactly where you need it…I found this cushion to be a good alternative to add some arch support when driving long distances.
The cushion will take some space in a suitcase if you decide to take it with you when you are on the go, but nothing that would prevent me from packing it on my next trip.
If you on the other hand work on your feet, an Anti-Fatigue Mat makes a world of difference on your feet.

There are many similar products out there, but while they might look the same at first glance, they are really not and often the quality and attributes of these mats is not what you need.
I worked retail for a couple of years and believe me when I say that the use of an anti-fatigue – mat, should be standard in any job that requires standing up for several hours…I have worked with and without one and the difference is incredible.

Easy to clean, these mats are water proof, stain resistant and can be vacuumed, and wiped cleaned with a damp towel.
I have seen these attribute in similar products but with a huge price tag difference, the SimplePosture mats offer the best bang for your buck I have seen so far and I do highly recommend to try one if you spend a fair amount of time on your feet!
