Review Or Sample Copy Disclosure

Planning a party or event can be a lot of fun, but there are also lots of details and preparation to take into consideration in order to have a successful event and ensure everyone at the party is having a good time.

Invites

Sending out invites to the party should be done 2 or 3 weeks ahead of time to allow your friends and family to reserve the date and plan accordingly.

RSVP

Sending your invitation with an RSVP will allow you to have a good idea of how many guests will be present at the event and will allow you to plan for food and drinks. Keep in mind some guests might not actually reply to the RSVP but will show up, so leaving a bit of a wiggle room is always a good idea.

Ambiance

Making decisions as what would be the entertainment should be taken into consideration and planned ahead of time, especially if you are planning to hire someone play at your party.

A good music selection playing in the background can be a nice and inexpensive alternative but depends on the type of event you are planning.

Don’t take chances

Make a list in the same order that the items on it need to be taken care of. This will ensure you have everything under control and do not forget details that can stress you out later.

Add some fun to the party

If you are planning to serve some cocktails adding some infused cubes like the ones found at Herb & Lou’s would give your drinks and party a fun and different touch. These cubes have all the essentials to make a great cocktail by simply adding one of these infused cubes to a variety of cocktails.

Nonalcoholic party? No problem, you can add the cubes to seltzer water as well!

Do not forget the food

If you are planning to serve food, the RSVP will be very handy to gauge how much food you need.

Finger food or platter

Keep in mind that seating arrangements and space setting would be different if you are serving a meal so plan accordingly.

Once you have all the details on paper, executing and following steps will be a lot easier and will avoid the party planning stress that often goes hand in hand with any event!
