It is Black Friday week and the perfect time to shop for the holidays with a deep discount.
Smart shoppers know that a lot of brands and stores will start dropping their prices early in order to get the best results and we shoppers can take advantage of that if we shop smart and look for the deals that keep popping up.
For example, I have been shopping for the Amazon Fire HD 8 kid’s edition which has a tag price of $129.99.
I looked everywhere to see if I could find a better deal, but the price showed no difference. There was however one big difference, if I bought the tablet on Amazon, it includes a 2 year, no questions asked warranty, if I bought the device at best buy for example, I would still pay the $129.00 but the warranty is sold separately so if I wanted the device plus the warranty, the final price would be an extra $40.00, or a total of $169.
Imagine my delight when Amazon put the tablet on sale for $89.99! Best buy however has a price match warranty and has the same price right now, but that does not apply to the warranty and that is still an extra $40.00 up charge.
This is just an example of the many deals you can find and how to save money for the holidays.
You can also keep an eye out for the flash and daily deals that popup every day that offers great discounts on thousands of products.
Don’t wait
Some of these deals are just a few hours long, so if you find a good deal on something that you have been looking for, I would highly recommend you get it before the deal is over and you miss the chance.

Making a list of the items you are looking for will help you to keep an eye on them. You can add these items to your wish list to manage the items you want.

I thought long and hard about becoming a Prime member, and I was not sure if it was worth it… But once we signed up for it, we realized that it is totally worth it and it has saved us on several occasions when we needed something delivered quickly, not to mention that prime members get extra deals and do not pay for shipping!
