For this review I received the VO5 Salon Series™ Full Body + Shine Shampoo. Has a lightweight formula that goes a long ways and has a really nice and fresh scent. As I said the shampoo consistency is really light, almost liquid which is a bit unusual, but I have to add you do not need as much as you do with some other shampoos that are thicker.

I have also noticed the shine and healthy look I am getting since using the shampoo and other Alberto VO5 products. I am actually positively impressed at how good of a result I am getting from these products especially if you consider the retail price for the VO5 Salon Series™ Full Body + Shine Shampoo has a price of only $3.55!

I was also sent the VO5 Salon Series™ Full Body + Shine Conditioner that is also very nicely scented. As with the shampoo, the conditioner gives a clean feeling that I can’t help but love. As I mentioned, I have changed the color of my hair a few times and I have been noticing my hair dull and lacking shine and movement. I have certainly seen an improvement in the short period of time I have been using the Alberto VO5.

The conditioner has a normal consistency and also goes a long ways with a small amount. I was and still am really surprise on how quickly I have been able to see a positive result while using these products and I know I said this before but it really amazes me about the low price of the products, so you are really getting a lot for your buck. The Alberto VO5 Salon Series™ Full Body + Shine Conditioner also retails for $3.55.

The VO5 Salon Series Anti-Frizz and Shine Styling Cream is very easy to use and does not require any extra time on your routine as all you need to do is to rub a small amount of the product (that will vary according to your hair length and type) on the palm of your hand and apply evenly and smooth through your hair while still wet and do not rinse…You can also use this product with dry hair and it works great also!

Perfect Hold Styling Spray…I do not typically use this sort of product, but I like this spray for whenever I put my hair in a ponytail so I can keep the shorter hair in place…I have found this styling spray works really good for that and better yet, the VO5 Salon Series™ Perfect Hold Non-Aerosol Hairspray is infused with 5 Essential Vitamins that also benefit your hair. Retail price 3.99

The last product I received was the Hot Oil Therapy (this is like the cherry on top of the pie). This easy to use product just takes a few minutes…All you need to do is to place the opened tube of oil in a cup of warm water to heat up the oil, apply it on wet hair before shampooing and leave in for about a minute, then proceed to wash your hair as you normally do.

The Alberto VO5 Hot Oil Therapy provides 5 vitamins, and protein to help you restore your hair’s shine and strength. I found that this treatment adds a nice healthy look to my hair.
