Making the bath a fun time is easier than you think. All you need is to make sure you have the right tools and you will have your kids begging for a bath all the time!

I am very lucky as both of my kids have loved the water ever since they were babies and for them bath time was always a lot of fun, but I know a lot of parents struggle with bath time.

When I tell my two year old son to take a bath, he squeals and runs to my bedroom door with excitement. I know, I am lucky, but if you are getting the opposite reaction from your little ones, you might need a couple of changes in your children’s bath routine.

Bath toys make everything fun!

Getting a few fun toys for bath times is always a great idea. My kids have always loved having a few toys in the bathtub with them during bath time which makes the whole process a lot easier for them and for me.

Figure out which bath toys work best for your kids and add a few different choices to the bath time; the kids will play while mommy gets them squeaky clean.

The best toys for your kids

I usually have a few different toys that my baby loves playing with, mainly a couple of squishy toys…One thing to consider, though is that some of these toys that spray water, can accumulate mold, so make sure you get some that can be properly cleaned to avoid a health hazard like the Marcus and Marcus bath toys.

One thing that has always worked really good for me, was adding different toys that were age appropriate as the kids grew up to keep it fun and entertaining.

Now that my little guy turned 2 I got him a super fun bath toy from Yookidoo.

The Yookidoo Submarine Spray Whale will be your best friend at bath time!

The super cute bath time toy features a battery operated submarine with a water circulation pump system that draws the water from the bath tub so you avoid wasting water as it uses the same water your child is bathing in to get the toy going.

By recycling the water, you are not only saving the precious liquid, but also avoiding your kids accidentally getting burned by trying to maneuver the water faucet… The one problem I always had with the baby, was that the minute he got in the tub, he wanted to turn the knobs.

Since this bath toy can be placed in the middle of the tub or the opposite end from where the water spout is, your little one forgets about trying to play with the faucet and moves on to more fun and safer activities.

The Yookidoo Submarine bath time toy comes with a cute little blue whale that floats and swims when you direct the water flow at it…It is cute and fun.

There is one down side, it might cause your kids not to finish their bath, so play at your own risk!
Want to keep it simple and add a really fun toy to the routine?

Your kids 3 years and up will love the Bubble Bath Whisk. This baby power operated whisk is simple and made with sturdy materials for a long lasting play time and enjoyment.

Great for any type of bathtub, the HABA Bubble Bath Whisk is easy to use as all you need to do is stick it into the bathtub water, turn the crank and create a whirlpool that will also increase your bubbles…

The toy is incredibly fun especially if you consider what it is. The reality is that sometimes all the kids need to have a blast are simpler things and this is certainly a great addition to the bath time.

My kids ( both) love their bubble baths but never seem to have enough bubbles, no matter how much I put in their bath. This way, they can make their own bubbles and have fun while doing it.

At a $7.49 price tag, there is no way to go wrong with the Bubble Bath Whisk from HABA.
