I have written many times about DH and his allergy problems. Well one of the things I do to help him to avoid allergy episodes is that I have a mattress protector on our bed…Actually after seeing the benefits from a mattress protector, I have one on all our beds.

While my daughter is potty trained, she can occasionally have a little accident and a pee stain or odor is not exactly among my list of favorite things. Are you KIDDING Jenniffer, as I lay in bed next to my husband who sounds like a bonafide CHAIN SAW, I would love to get the SnoreBeGone® …is a Sleep Positioning System that is used to reduce the incidence of snoring. I’d pay big money to see is that works!

I’d go for more protection and go with the AllerZip® Smooth Mattress Encasement… actually had to watch a video at my allergist the other week about encasing mattresses and pillows in order to reduce dust mites

The cover material should be breathable. This ensures that you get comfortable sleep and prevents sweating. Polyurethane is better than vinyl in this regard. It is also cheaper. Secondly, the cover material should be silent to sleep on. It should not create noise when you move around it at night.
