D-Link is an award-winning designer, developer and manufacturer of networking, broadband, digital electronics, voice, data and video communications solutions for the digital home, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO), Small to Medium Business (SMB), and Workgroup to Enterprise environments.
Innovative products are always on top of my list and I am always interested in the new products in the market. Movies and music are as interesting to me as Home Network cameras and D- Link has both products in their catalog, including the D-Link remote viewing day and night surveillance camera that I have reviewed previously for the company.
In this opportunity I want to introduce you to the D-Link MovieNite Plus streaming device. The MovieNite Plus is a light weight black compact device that provides the user with full HD video streaming of the newest HD movies, TV shows and more.
The MovieNite Plus device is a compact unit that is very easy to set up and use. MovieNite delivers instant access to limitless entertainment choices from VUDU, Netflix, Picasa, Pandora and YouTube right on your TV. MovieNite Plus delivers a high-quality theater experience with HD movies in 1080p. Setting up the unit is a breeze and can be completed in 3 easy steps: plug MovieNite Plus into your TV and power outlet, use the simple onscreen menus to select your content…And you are all set.
You have the option to use wireless internet or wired Ethernet…Either way you choose, you will need to set up the internet preference which is also extremely easy to do. The MovieNite is very user friendly and you will be able to have your unit set up and running in about one minute.
You have the option of using RCA cables or HDMI for the cable connection to your TV. Please note that if you decide to use HDMI that there is no HDMI cable provided. The unit comes with a small one click remote control that is powered by 2 AAA batteries that are included with your unit.
The one click design features buttons for VUDU, Netflix, Pandora and YouTube, so you can go to any of them directly without the need to scroll down through the menu. Another really nice feature on the MovieNite is that you can access your MyDlink account and can view your camera on your TV Screen.
The MovieNite Plus offers the user over 130 channels and apps for endless entertainment choices! The MovieNite Plus streaming device is available at selected retailers and has a retail price ranges from $69.99 – $79.99.
Win it:
D- Link has kindly offered one lucky Born 2 Impress reader, the chance to win a free MovieNite Plus device.

I’ve always been a fan of D-Link products and have used them in the past. The product that they have on their website currently that drew my attention was the PowerLine AV 500 Adapter that uses the homes existing electrical wiring to extend your network through your house. IF it works like it says it should that would be wonderful and eliminate the need to wire our entire house with CAT5 cable.
