Svan of Sweden began in 1996 with the Svan High Chair (now known as the Signet), designed by two dads, Kjell Hagström and Anders Fallman. The bentwood high chair, lauded for its sturdy, stylish, and adjustable design, quickly gained international popularity and the collection expanded to include products such as toddler tables and ride-on toys.
In 2011, Scandinavian Child, a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative, functional and stylish children’s products, acquired Svan.
I discovered Svan a few weeks ago and I have immediately fallen in love with the design and the modern look of their products. I have been looking for a table set for the ladybug and Svan has a gorgeous set that I actually received in Cherry color for this review.
The Play-With-Me Toddler Table and Chairs combines all the elements a modern parent is looking for their kids and home. The set features a high quality beautifully designed round table along with 3 chairs and a stool. The sturdy bentwood birch construction set is the perfect size for kids to sit comfortably without taking up too much space which is amazing for places like mine with limited space.

The set is incredibly sturdy…I am actually sitting on one of the chairs while writing this review..Svan really did their homework with this set as they even included a stool that is specially designed so parents can actually sit on this miniature copy of an adult table and chairs set with the kids and have a great time with the little ones.
The set is very stylish…Actually a piece of furniture that will look great in the kids room or the family room and easily blend with the rest of the home décor because of the high quality material used, the attention to details and craftsmanship.
Setting the set up was really simple…It took me about 15 minutes to have the whole set completed…I will recommend to sort out all pieces, all you need is included with the set( you might need a rubber hammer or something similar to use on the chair back rest). The set setup will require glue, but that is also included in the box.
Overall the Play-With-Me Toddler Table and Chairs are well constructed, stylish and a really nice addition to your kid’s furniture. We use ours on a daily basis as it is my daughter’s study center and she loves it! The Play-With-Me Toddler Table and Chairs has a retail price of $200.00. This set is just one of the many kid’s products that can be found in the Svan catalog, including other seating items like the b.box on the go feeding essentials collection and Duux nursery electrics collection!
