Winning Moves Games provided me with the board games mentioned on this post for this review. I was not financially compensated for this post. My opinions are my own and not by any means influenced by any other part.
Winning Moves Games is a leading maker of board games, card games, and puzzles. Since their launch year in 1995, they have created a close relationship with one of the world’s largest game companies, Hasbro, Inc. I have never been much of a board game person with the exception of a couple games I loved when I was young, but we are trying to teach my daughter that there is a lot more than just video games and computers to have a good time and we want to make sure we can spend quality family time while having fun!
Monopoly
Monopoly is one of the few board games I really enjoyed when I was young and Winning Move games offers you two choices on this classic family board game. You can have the traditional Monopoly that you used to play when you were younger, or their new version of the game, the Monopoly Mega Edition!
Monopoly Mega Edition
The Monopoly Mega edition from Winning Moves Games features 9 new properties including 7 new states in this modern version of Monopoly®. You’re able to build skyscrapers and one of my favorites is the fact that the game plays faster than the classic version thanks to the Speed Die – invented by Winning Moves Games that I should add, is a great addition to the game.
The Monopoly Mega edition can be played by just two people (great for siblings and play dates), or you can make it into a family game night and have as many as 8 players to be part of the fun and for us that means we will be able to have the baby to join in when he is bigger…for now we need to keep baby J from all the small pieces in the game.
Monopoly Mega Edition has a retail price of $40.95
PARCHEESI
With another classic game that I loved to play when I was younger, Winning Move Games takes you down memory lane with the Parcheesi Royal Edition which features 16 plastic pawns (4 sets of 4 colors), 4 individual dice cups, 8 dice (4 sets) and instructions.
The game can be played by 2-4 players ages 8 and up (sorry baby J, there are small pieces on this game too). You and your family will love the race to get all your colored pegs to the center of the board in order to win the game!
Oh…yes, they even included the dice cups!
Parcheesi Royal Edition, has a retail price of $21.95
Hi-Ho Cherry O
Hi-Ho Cherry O is another great classic that can be played for kids as young as 3 years old which helps kids with math as this is a very easy to play game…All you need to do is spin the spinner and remove the amount of cherries that you just sprung from the tree.
There are no complicated rules or step to follow, so kids will not get frustrated trying to play this game. Great for play dates and sleep overs!
The game can be played by 2-4 players and in the box, you will find 1 plastic gameboard with 4 trees and buckets, 44 plastic cherries (40 for gameplay, 4 extras), fully assembled spinner, and illustrated instructions.
Hi-Ho Cherry O has a retail price of $16.95.

I’d choose Monopoly and Parcheesi, because I had so much fun playing them as a child! They were both my favorites So nice to see board games making a “come-back”. They don’t have to be charged, downloaded, scanned, etc., etc. Just good old time fun!
When I was growing up we liked the game Trouble. We could sit and play for hours.
I loved Monopoly as a kid and haven’t played forever. That would definitely be one of my picks.m
Gosh, they have so many awesome games. Games that really bring back memories for me growing up even. It’s a hard choice, but I think I would at least choose Tile Lock Super Scrabble and be thrilled to have it!
If I were to win, we would love to have the Upwards and the Connect 4 twist and turn. There are some really awesome games here to choose from but we have had all the younger side games and loved them (my daughter was a huge fan of Guess Who) but she is a little older so these would be more fitting. My favorite games when I was little was Hi ho Cherrio and Monopoly. I could have played them for hours on end…kind of like my daughter did for 2 years with Guess Who.
I would definitely go with RISK. That was my favorite game as a kid! I loved it. I spent hours trying for World Domination, lol. I might go with Jenga, too, since I think my niece & nephews would get a kick out of it.
I loved playing Guess Who? when I was a kid. We had the game when my son was young, but over the years some of the pieces have gotten lost. I’d love to replace this one so I can play it with my daughter when she gets older.
I would pick the Parcheesi game. It has been years since I have played Parcheesi. I’m not even sure if I remember the rules but I am sure it will all come back to me.
Games are fun ways for families to spend time together. I liked checkers as a child. If I won, I might get the Monopoly Mega Edition game.
I would choose SCATTERGORIES CATEGORIES and Pass The Pigs. We have family game night once a week and these would make great additions to our family fun. Family games are a good way to get together and enjoy each other’s company.
I would choose Guess Who and Racko! Guess Who was my favorite game growing up! My sister and I would play it all the time! I would love to win it for my daughter, I know she would have a blast.
I would choose “Tile Lock Scrabble” and “Fish Fish Squish” for my grandchildren. My favorite game growing up was chess. It was taught to me by my grandfather. My grandfather would play for hours in the park and I would watch him. It still brings back good memories when I play the game.
I would choose Tile Lock Scrabble. This would be a great game to add to our collection. I homeschool and this would be great for Language Arts.
I would chose CLASSIC YAHTZEE® and PARCHEESI® ROYAL EDITION. I played both of those with my grandma and loved them! One of my other favorites is Life. We already have that one!
I would pick Big Boggle!
I also like the game Guess Who. When I was younger, I loved playing Monopoly. I also have very fond memories of playing Yahtzee with my Mom. That was her favorite game and we use to stay up half the night playing. Wish I could get those times back.
I would pick the Tile Lock Scrabble. My Sister and I would play Scrabble, Trouble, Monopoly, and many other games when we were kids. I don’t know if any one of them was really a favorite, just depended on our mood and how much time we had to play.
I might choose candy land. I know my LO would like that game. We played so many different board games growing up. I liked Trouble.
My favorite game growing up was Monopoly. I loved playing it all the time. If I won I would choose Pass the Pigs Pig Party game and the game of life.
Growing up I liked Yahtzee and Sorry and Parcheesi.
If I win I’ll choose Tile Lock Scrabble and Scattergories Categories.
I always enjoyed playing monopoly growing up with friends. I currently have two boys I would like to get them into playing board games instead of video games with friends. Board games make you use your brian more then video games
I would choose the Monopoly Mega edition. They have alot of great games available. My grandkids would love the fish fish squish
i would choose Monopoly Mega if I won this prize. I liked playing Monopoly when I was growing up with my dad. I like to play Candyland with the kids.
If I win I will choose Parcheesi, which was one of my favorite games as a kid – I used to play it all the time with my sisters. I will also choose Candyland for when my friends bring their children over.
We are trying to find a new game, so we’d definitely get the Monopoly®: The Mega Edition
