Carter’s Kid’s Clothing – Review and Giveaway

Summer is here and since the ladybug is going to be home all summer long (no uniform), I had to go shopping for some cute and comfortable pieces of clothing to prepare her for the hot Floridian summer that is in front of us and of course I did a little shopping in some of my favorite stores…Now, the little bug has been sick and in the hospital which left me with no time for stores, so when Cater gave me the opportunity to participate on a review of their clothes…I was more than happy… While the post and giveaway are sponsored by Carter all opinions are my own. I must say Carter’s has a great selection of T-Shirts, shorts and super cute dresses that are going to be great for this summer. Even better yet, not only do they have really adorable everyday clothing for this summer, but their prices are great also as you can get a lot of their Tees and shorts for about $6.00 apiece.

One thing I love about Carter’s is that they offer a wide selection and range of clothes that start with the littlest ones in the house and their layette collection is simply to die for. You can truly find pretty much all you will need for your baby’s first wardrobe at Carters…I do not have a Carters where I leave, but when the ladybug was a baby, I used to buy a lot of her clothes from the Carter’s online store and Carter’s was a must every time we went to Orlando (and still is till this day). Great for new and expecting Mommies, Carter’s has all the necessities for a new born as they have all your baby’s essentials at a great price.

One of my very favorites when the ladybug was a baby were the Sleep N Plays…They are simple one piece dressing, perfect for nap or play time that are easy to put on and when you have a little one on your hands “easy” is what you are looking for.

I also had a weakness for the short sleeve bodysuits that come in tons of different cute designs. They easily slip over your baby’s head and are great when you need to change a dirty diaper as they have snaps on the bottom that allows you to change the diaper even when the baby is taking a nap and everyone knows….never wake up a sleeping baby! So I really liked the handy bodysuits and I used to buy the five packs, but they also come in four and seven packs.

For the new mommies, Carter’s even offers the Carter’s Little Layette Guide which is a great reference if you are trying to decide all the baby clothes you need and how many of each item is required…I can tell you I had no idea and ended up buying so many clothes that often the little bug would outgrow them without even wearing them. So I think this guide is actually a great tool and you can download it for free!

While looking around in their store, I fell in love with the 2-Piece Bodysuit Dress Set from the Little Layette section…I have a friend that is having a baby girl in the next couple of months and this little outfit would make a great present for her.
