My opinions are my own and not by any means influenced by any other part. I am what you would call a morning person….As long as I have my coffee first thing in the morning! While I only usually take one single cup of coffee that I take to work and sip on pretty much all morning I need to have coffee or I feel I am missing something all day, so I am picky with my choice of coffee and only take three different brands, but I am always willing to try new things, so when I was offered the chance to try the City Roast Colombian Supremo from Coffee Bean Direct, I was more than happy to try it out. The company was completely new to me, so this is what I learned about them: Coffee Bean Direct operates out of their roasting facility in beautiful rural New Jersey. They roast and pack their coffees and teas immediately prior to shipment to ensure that you are getting the best brew possible, cup after cup. They are veterans of the coffee industry who have a passion for quality coffee and tea and they want to share that passion with you. Coffee Bean Direct is always expanding their coffee and tea offerings to better serve your needs and desires…Promising and appealing at the same time as while there are many different coffee brands out there, it is nice finding one that offers a great variety of both tea and coffee. I do not claim to be an expert on coffees, I am just a very picky coffee lover and this specific blend did the trick for me. The blend is really deep and delicious without being too strong. I love the aroma and the flavors that are obtained from this coffee and I certainly like the fact that I can get a tasteful cup of coffee in the morning each time I brew the City Roast Colombian Supremo. I enjoy my coffee to be medium when it comes to roast and acidity and that is exactly what I get from this coffee and for those days that I feel a little extra strength is needed, I add a bit more coffee and get a bit stronger and still tasty cup of coffee. I have certainly added this coffee and brand to my list of favorites and I must add that Coffee Bean Direct has a great selection that after my experience with the City Roast Colombian Supremo I would not mind trying another one of their offerings. The coffee is packed in a reseal able bag to maintain the aroma and flavor. The retail price for the City Roast Colombian Supremo is 1-lb bag – $11.90, 5-lb bag – $37.75, 25-lb burlap – $182.50 and you can pick between the whole bean and grounded. Win it: Coffee Bean Direct has kindly offered one lucky Born 2 Impress reader, the chance to win a 1 lb. bag of the City Roast Colombian Supremo.
