Do you look at reviews before buying something, checking in a hotel or even before using a new service? I do and quite often I look at different retailer’s sites reviews before making the decision on something I am buying.
I was recently introduced to Ekomi which is a European independent provider of transaction based reviews and ratings which is a Google worldwide partner with more than 250 employees. The company’s headquarters are located in two main cities Berlin and Los Angeles and also have offices in London, Paris, and San Francisco. Ekomi has collected and published more than 40,000,000 reviews for customers.
What I really like about this company, is that Ekomi provides their customers with an easy and advanced SaaS software that allows the compilation of the reviews which are then published by the Ekomi team. The reviews can be displayed though a widget and shown in the product page…No hunting trying to figure out what the review for a product is.
Reviews from actual users and individuals who have actually used a specific product is always a great way to bring more customers and users to a website and purchase a particular product or service. At least in my case, it has helped me to find more details that are usually not listed in a product description and helped me make up my mind about products before.
I also like the fact that EKomi has a seal that quickly helps you to identify if a product is rated as excellent, regular or bad….The simpler the better and EKomi seems to have that part well covered.

I always check reviews before I buy something. Even small purchases on, say, Amazon, I read the reviews. I want to know what I can expect!
I am with you!
Reviews are a great way to know more about the products you are interested in.
