I received Empower Fitness products to facilitate this review. I was not financially compensated for this post. My opinions are my own and not by any means influenced by any other part.
As you all know, I am trying to get back in shape and am shedding the baby weight, so I am watching what I eat, walking and exercising ….My favorite part is probably the exercise. I was actually training a couple of days a week, but my trainer is out of town for the next couple of months, so I need to make sure I keep the momentum going and keep exercising!
Empower Fitness
Empower products and services are innovative and accessible and in their catalog you will find lifestyle fitness products, programming, content (information), coaching, events and community. I was lucky enough to receive a few of their products to help me improve my workout experience.
Adjustable Weighted Safety Vest
As I mentioned, I have been walking and more often than not I take one or both kids with me, so I am very conscious about safety. The Adjustable Weighted Safety Vest is the perfect companion for my walks. The best part is that it features a bright multi-mode LED light that can be activated by a touch button which is located in the front of your vest. The vest is made of soft neoprene fabric, and it is made with a comfortable X-shape that was specifically designed for a women’s body and fits great, not to mention that is quite comfortable.
The Empower adjustable weighted vest comes with removable weights that you can add or remove from your vest and which allows you to add resistance to your walks and workout. You can add up to 4 pounds by adding the weights and while it does not sound like much, it can help you burn extra calories and works great when doing repetition workout.
I was a little concerned when I received the vest because there was a warning on the box about it containing ingredients that are known to cause Cancer in the state of California, so I asked and they explained to me that you would basically have to ingest the parts for it to cause any harm, and since I am not planning to add this to my menu, I figured I am safe!
The Adjustable Weighted Safety Vest has a retail price of $39.99.
Weighted Fitness Gloves
Also a great addition to your workout, these neoprene gloves are very comfortable and a great alternative to hand weights when you are walking or jogging. These weighted fitness gloves adjust to provide user with the perfect fit and are just 1 pound each.
I love the fact that they keep my hands dry and since I usually have to push a stroller while walking or jogging, it keeps my hands from getting those hideous callouses (yes, I have notice them just from pushing the stroller, crazy right)?
They also work great to improve your workout and are a must have if you like to throw some punches( I love it – as I used to workout in the gym with cardio boxing).
The Weighted Fitness Gloves from Empower Fitness are available at Kohl’s for $14.99
7 LB. Fusion Fit Disc
This is probably my favorite workout tool. This super versatile workout disk can provide a complete body workout.
The disc is just seven pounds but repetition does the trick…I was amazed on how many different workouts I can do with this one disc. The Fusion Fit Disc comes with a DVD that teaches a series of routines that you can perform using the disc… and I love it! There is also a graphic that shows you how to use the disc to get the most out of your workout with it.
The disc which is also available in a 10 lb. format, allows you to have a great workout from the comfort of your home and works great for beginners that want a way to start a workout routine and for more advanced users as reinforcement of their workout.
The Fusion Fit Disc has a retail price of $39.99 are available at Kohl’s and it is with no doubt one of my favorite workout tools!

I find the Deluxe Total Body Toning System really interesting. I have arthritis, so something like that, which seems to help stretch out your muscles, too, would be great. Their ankle/wrist weights look like something I would like, too. I would probably go for the 3 lb. or maybe the 5 lb. weights. I think they have some really interesting stuff!
They have a lot of cool things that would be great for my home gym setup. I think the weighted vest for sure would be my pick and I would have to take time to decided on the second pick. I think it would be a toss up between the cardio core hoop or a 10lb weighted ball.
I would love the cardio core and more and the boxing boot camp kit. They both look like fun ways to stay in shape and that would help motivate me to use them more! I love boxing and I loved hoola hooping as a child. This just looks like a fun, perfect fit for me!
10LB FINGERTIP GRIP MEDICINE BALL WITH DVD and 8LB FINGERTIP GRIP MEDICINE BALL WITH DVD.
I love working out with weighted balls, but rarely get the opportunity. Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love the cardio core and more and the boxing boot camp kit. This would help me reach my weight loss goal of 20 lbs. Thanks so much for the chance!
I like the BOXING BOOT CAMP and the FUSION FIT DISC, 10LB. Both look like really fun workout tools. I haven’t seen anything like the Fusion Fit Disc before, and it looks really neat. The Boxing Boot Camp set looks cool too, and I love that it comes with a jump rope.
I really like the long and lean toning bar. I have never used anything like that before and looks so neat! Great addition for my little workout area. Also that C3 Fusion looks super cool. It looks so versatile and many, many uses. This site is really neat! Would love to win
I like the foot massage roller and have been meaning to buy one but haven’t seen any in the stores. It looks like they are only available in a retail store, and not online. For the second I’m not sure, but either the fusion fit disc program, 10 pound medicine ball, or the cardio core fitness hoop.
I would love the cardio core and more and the foot massage roller. I have never used anything like those before and would like to try them. They just look like a fun and useful items.
I would choose the medicine balls and NITEBRIGHT ULTRA REFLECTIVE INFINITY SCARF, TEAL. These would help with my physical therapy goals.
The CARDIO CORE AND MORE looks like super fun! Hula hooping for exercise! The SKIPFIT also interests me too. Its like a grown up version of skip it. I really believe exercise can be fun. It doesn’t have to be running or working out on a machine.
I would love to have the 8LB FINGERTIP GRIP MEDICINE BALL WITH DVD because I need to work on my core strength and the 8LB WEIGHTED FITNESS VEST so when I walk I can burn more calories!
I’d like the Cardio Core and More; and 3-in-1 Kettlebell
THE 3 IN ONE KETTLE BALL WOULD BE GREAT TO WORK OUT WITH AS WELL AS THE BOXING BOOT CAMP.I FEEL I WOULD GET THE MOST BENIFETS OUT OF THESE TWO PRODUCTS.HOPEFULLY THE RESULTS WILL SHOW IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
I have heard great things about waist slimmer belts! Maybe I would try that in black. I’ve always been kind of a lazy exerciser. I would also try the jump rope–maybe if it feels like fun I’ll stick with it!
I like the walking weights. I like the smart phone arm band. My son would like both of these.
Skip fit looks fun as well as the weighted fitness vest since I walk alot.
i would like the walking weights and the fusion fit disc 10 lbs. they would help me get in shape and stay in shape. i can’t wait to try them both.
I would chose the Boxing Boot Camp and the Cardio Core and More because I need to try something different because what I’m doing isn’t working. I like to follow a DVD to insure I’m doing it right and I don’t speed through a workout. After having breast cancer last year, I need to work on getting my whole body back in shape and feeling and looking good.
I would like the medicine ball to help with endurance. I would also like to try the massage stick to stir up the cells in my legs. I also would like to get a toning system at the beginner level. I have to take getting into shape seriously as I am now 55 years old.
CARDIO CORE AND MORE fitness hoop & 3 IN 1 KETTLEBELL is what I would pick.
CARDIO CORE AND MORE fitness hoop & 3 IN 1 KETTLEBELL is what I would pick. The fitness hoop looks like a great way to tone up and have fun. The kettleball would be great for toning my arms and make squats a little tougher.
Ooh hard choice. I would pick the Long & Lean Toning Bar. My second would be the 3-in-1 Kettlebell. My husband swears by kettlebells. His are way too heavy for me though.
The first item I would choose is the Deluxe Total Body Toning System. I love this because I need to tone in multiple places like: arms, shoulders, legs, butt, and thighs. And this product builds lean muscle and sculpts and tones those areas. My second choice would be the 3 in 1 Adjustable kettle bell. I like that has 3 different weight- 5, 8 and 12 pounds. I like that you can adjust the weights to target trouble areas.
3 in 1 Kettlebell would be my first choice. Easy-Reach Massage Stick would be the second. I like the selection of products here.
The Better Back and Core and Skipfit.
I visited Empower Fitness and found several products I liked. If I won I would choose the RE BETTER BACK AND CORE tool and the RE TRAVEL MASSAGE BALL to help relieve muscle fatigue after workouts.
I would love the Ankle Weights, 8 lb pair for walking on the treadmill. I would also like the 3 in 1 Kettlebell for toning my arms. At 51 my arms have gotten a little saggy and this would be a great help.
I’m entering this for my girlfriend, In the last two years I’ve had three heart attacks.
When I’m having a good day I like to walk, and I like it when my girlfriend walks with me. Since I have a bad right knee and bad left heal (need surgery on both) I’m only able to walk in the malls, plus its cooler… We try to walk a couple miles, plus she can do a lot of window shopping. Good luck and PEACE.
I like the weighted vest and the medicine ball. They look easy enough to use!
