Halloween will be upon us very shortly. Kids are gearing up with costumes and dreams of candy treats.
Unfortunately, in this day and age, kids walking around neighborhoods late at night can be very dangerous. Older kids or parents should accompany them to make sure they stay out of harm’s way. One element that will keep kids visible by passing vehicles are glow sticks but they will probably get lost in the bustle of bags and candy.
4ID offers a large range of safety products to keep everyone safe when walking around in the dark. Their products implement LED lights and can be used on bicycles, shoes and on your arms.
PowerSpurz Light Up Heels:
These spurs can be easily attached and removed from your shoes. They do not interfere with your footwear and will not affect your shoes’ comfort. The spurs simply slide on the back of the shoe and offer an excellent LED light.
The Light Up Heel is easily activated by pressing on the side of the spur. You can choose from two different settings, pulse or continuous glow which is selected by pressing the unit.
PowerSpurz – Light Up Heels are a very good idea during Halloween night and are retailed for $19.95. The spurs run on 2 CR2032 batteries which are included.
PowerLacez – Light Up Shoelaces:
This is another innovative product by 4ID that is perfect for outdoor training and Halloween as well. Light Up Shoelaces literally attached to your existing shoe laces. Like PowerSpurz, they easily light up and come with four different settings:
• Flash
• Slow Flash
• Constant Flash
• Turn Off
The settings are very easy to adjust by pressing the power button on the Light Up Shoelaces. For Halloween, your kids will absolutely love them because they come in four different colors to suit any scary costume!
The PowerLacez – Light Up Shoelaces run on 4 CR2031 batteries that are included and are hand washable. They are recommended for anyone between the ages of 6 on up! The retail price for these laces are $14.95.

That said, they are guaranteed for 150,000 flashes per unit, which is quite a long time. Your kids will think these units are better than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! They are very lightweight and retail at a very inexpensive $7.95.
