About 5 or 6 weeks ago, I joined the North Palm Beach Boot Camp and love it, I enjoy the energy and motivation of the coaches and the other members. I am always looking forward to my next class, but the last few days, I have not been able to go the class because we just moved into our new home and have been really busy, so I am trying to do some of the exercises at home.
There is a lot you can do with a pair of core sliders and resistance bands even from home. I love using them at the studio, so I got a set of the Body Factory 5 resistant body bands for fitness, that helps with many fitness exercises, including abs and stretching and 2 core sliders that are included with the resistance bands and are great for core strengthening, glutes, and fat burning.
The bands are color-coded with different colors and different resistances so you can make your workout more or less difficult depending on your needs.
Both items are lightweight and compact making them very easy to store and to bring along with you when you are on the go and want to keep up with your routine.
The great thing about both the sliders and the resistance bands is that you can get your workout virtually anywhere without having to go to a gym or fitness studio.
I learned about the resistance bands at boot camp and loved them and for the first time, I used the sliders there.
The Body Factory 5 resistant body bands and sliders are a nice addition to any fitness routine. The set retails for just $ 18.95 on Amazon and includes 5 different intensity resistance bands, 2 core sliders, and a free carry bag.
There are tons of videos to show you how to use them and are a lot of fun.
What do you use for exercising at home without heavy equipment?
