I am not a car person…I probably can’t tell you how many car makers or models there are and really do not pay attention to cars in general…On the other hand I am very interested in my baby’s car (stroller) and pay far more attention to what is going to be my little one’s ride for a few years.
There are a few key points to look for when shopping for a baby stroller: baby’s safety and comfort being two of the most important ones. Then you can go down the list and make sure that your baby stroller meet all your parent requirements: Ease of use, portability, Smooth ride, storage, looks…Yes looks are one of the things that will first catch your eyes.
Inglesina
Inglesina is one of those strollers that will turn heads when you take your little one out for a ride and I guess you can compare this stylish European style stroller with a luxury car, maybe even a high end SUV ….
Inglesina makes premium strollers, prams, highchairs and table chairs for little ones and have a very attractive product line.
Inglesina Quad
The Inglesina Quad stroller is the new first-class baby stroller made in Italy by Inglesina. The trendy Quad stroller, is the perfect fusion of a modern and practical look with durability and the capability to travel even on the roughest terrain.
Quad’s state-of-the-art frame is solid, light and features large ball bearing wheels to provide your baby with a smooth ride which provides both parent and baby with a great stroller experience. The ride is actually so smooth that the stroller can be pushed and maneuvered with one hand.
The Inglesina Quad can be used from birth to 55 lbs. It features a reversible seat, so you can have your little bundle of joy facing you or face the world!
Among my favorite features are the adjustable handle height that allows for a comfortable stroll for different height parents/ caregivers and since I am 5’1” and my husband is 5’10”…This is a feature that comes in handy!
To add to the ease of use, Inglesina’s Quad , has swiveling front wheels with shock absorbers and one-control active brake that moves into position automatically for a safer ride. The brake is centered in the middle of the chassis, so it’s easy to find and operate, unlike other strollers which position the brake near the tires (my old stroller was like that and sometimes it took more than one attempt to get the brakes to engage properly).
The stroller also features a 4 position reclinable backrest that will allow your baby to fall asleep comfortably while riding like a king.
This 2014 Award winner stroller is water-repellent and comes with a series of accessories to make your stroll as comfortable as possible: rain cover, winter foot-muff, large foldaway hood, cup holder, and mesh storage basket for when you are out shopping and running errands with the little guy.
While the chassis is sturdy, it is still fairly light weight and compact and while folding the chassis is a 2 step process, it is a very easy one and you will not even notice it.
Besides the easy ride, the stroller itself is really easy to use. You can take the seat on/off, switch the seat around, fold it and unfold it or, move the head/foot rest up and down with no hassle at all. Even adjusting the handle bar is a breeze, so this stroller was really designed with comfort and ease of use in mind. The Quad also has the ability to ride in different terrains which is one of the big selling points in this stroller that is available in 3 different smashing colors to match your baby’s personality.
The only thing I wish I could change on this stroller is that size of the storage basket that could have been a tad bigger.

There are several other add-ons that can be added to your Quad (including a car seat adapter) that are sold separately. Once you have the adapter, Quad is compatible with:

– Nuna® (Pipa)
car seats with a car seat adapter, available as an optional accessory.
