I received a Butler products in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
2017 New year’s resolutions? I made my list short and sweet this year…I am really interested in actually accomplishing EVERYTHING on my list and I figured that a short realistic goal would be more likely to succeed!
The very first item on my list is to clean, organize and declutter the home. I know it sounds like an easy enough task, but the reality is that to declutter a home is a bit more complicated than I would like to admit. While I am making great progress on that part, I started the cleaning process and decided to do a deep cleaning on all the house going from room to room…Think Spring cleaning in February!
The right tools
Luckily I was invited to try some cleaning products to make my cleaning challenge, less challenging!
I received a selection of Butler products. You know the smart clean people to get started on part one of my new year’s resolution cleaning project.
Clorox Spin Dry Mop from Butler.
I have been looking for an alternative to traditional mops and this was the perfect solution. The CloroxSpin Dry Mop, features Drive™ Technology, which is an improvement to the initial spin mops that use a foot pump. This new and improved version allows you to push down on the pole to get rid of the access water. It also allows you to control the dampness level that works best for your cleaning task.
The head easily spins out the dirty water leaving you with a clean mop head to work with. I really like the fact that it includes a center pad for scrubbing tough spots. It also has a pivoting mop head to reach under furniture and tight places that were impossible to reach with my old mop. The Clorox Spin Dry Mop is also very lightweight and easy to use. In order to squeeze out the excess water simply unlock the pole and gently push down on the handle, and once the mop head has gotten to the desired dampness, lock the pole into position again ( make sure the spinner is in the vertical position).
The mop head is reusable, washing machine friendly, and can separate into two pieces that easily fit in the bucket for space saving storage. A Great time saver, this mop gets the job done right in no time. The Retail Price: $26.99.
The Mr. Clean Breeze Mop
Another and more effective alternative to traditional mops, is the Mr. Clean Breeze Mop which features
A self-wringing microfiber mop designed with an innovative technology that allows you to use it both wet and dry…I had no idea such a thing existed, but is certainly is a great find especially for people with limited storage space.
This mop, has a head that snaps back into place for wringing or storage, and it picks up dust, pet hair and debris … With three girls in the house my floors often end up with lots of hair strands that are not easily picked up by a regular broom. This works wonderfully and thanks to the convenient flat design, it gets to spots a traditional broom can’t. It also has a self-wringing feature, and the pad is washable and reusable . Retail Price: $14.99
Mr. Clean Microfiber Duster
Great for all surfaces in the home, the microfiber strands provide you with great cleaning capabilities and can quickly trap dust particles. The Mr. Clean Microfiber Duster features a swivel neck that allows you to easily move the duster in different directions. The duster can easily pick up dust, hair, and small debris that get on the different surfaces of your home. One of my favorite features after the swivel neck, is that the microfiber cover is washable, so you can just toss it with your laundry and start with a clean duster the next time you need it. Retail Price: $7.99.
For the kitchen
Butler also offers a wide selection of kitchen cleaning products like Dawn Kitchen and Dish Brushes with ergonomic handle for comfort and better grip. These brushes feature a built –in scraper and are safe for non-stick surfaces. Both brushes have a small hanging hole that make storing the brush easier. Both brushes are sturdy and made to last.
Mr. Clean bliss Premium Gloves
Latex free ultra-plush gloves are made with embossed palm grip that are made from a proprietary material that the brand calls bliss and which is a great alternative for those with natural rubber latex allergies.
The gloves provide you with a fit that is very similar to what you would get with latex and they are lined with a soft lining that makes them more comfortable than traditional gloves.
The Mr. Clean bliss Premium Gloves are made with quality materials and built to last. We go through a lot of latex gloves when my mom is visiting as she takes possession of the kitchen and wears gloves to do basically anything you can while wearing gloves in the kitchen and these have proven to be a great thing to have on hand! Retail Price: $3.99
For the laundry room
Butler also offers a wide selection of must have products for the laundry room
Evercare Sweater De-Pilling Stone
An alternative and quite effective and environmentally friendly way to get rid of unappealing pill and fuzz that is sometimes present in sweaters and other clothing pieces, the evercare is basically a pumice stone for your clothing and can be used on sweaters, knits, cashmere, towels, bedding and even some upholstery. They are non-toxic and made from recycled materials…Good for your clothes, good for the environment!
Evercare by Butler lint rollers
Available in a variety of sizes and fashion, including the BelleVie Extreme Stick lint roller which features a fashionable handle and comes with 50 easy peel sheets that is a great addition to your laundry room, no more boring lint rollers here.
They also offer a super cute travel version that comes in a travel case to keep the sheets protected. This compact version can easily fit in any bag and even a handbag, so you can stay neat and presentable even after a long trip. I love it! No more oh I wish I had….You can now carry your lint roller everywhere you go.
The BelleVie Compact Extreme lint roller comes with 30 easy peel sheets and a replacement with 30 more sheets for a total of 60 convenient lint roller sheets. I have already placed mine in my carry on as we are planning on a couple of fun trips the next few months!

I would love their large corn broom for my outdoor patio. We just built it and the top half is screened in instead of solid walls. I cannot seem to keep the dust out. We put slate on the floor and it just captures the dust, so I need a good strong broom to use out there.
I would love to try their Clorox bath stone. We have hard water and this looks like it might help. I like the idea of this instead of all the chemicals I have tried.
I hate cleaning the bathroom, so that Clorox Bath Stone is something I’d like to try. It is supposed to get rid of hard water stains in the toilet. That would be great. As for Spring cleaning, I can understand the urge to throw open the windows & let fresh air in after a long Winter. I clean when I get the urge, though, lol, not necessarily in the Spring.
I would like to try the Large Angle Broom. The brooms that I have are too soft and they are not angled Yes I do spring cleaning an I enjoy doing it. My method is to clean one room completely at a time.
I would like to have their Bowl Brush & Plunger Set, love it two in one.
Yes, I try to spring clean but not like my mom used to do, their never seems to be that much time .
My only tip would be when washing (washable) curtains hang them wet, the weight of the drapes takes the wrinkles out and it leaves the great scent of the detergent in the room
I would like the static duster but would love everything here lol I’m a cleaning nut yep OCD my husband say’s but hey I just like a clean home 🙂
I’d also love to get the Large Angle Broom to replace the old, beat up one we have. We do try to get to spring cleaning each season but it really seems to turn into a year-long process, lol. One tip would be to bring a caddy into each room with what you might need and a box to transport things around.
I’d like their wool dust mitt mop! I do some spring cleaning, but try and clean every week. This giveaway would help me do just that 🙂
Sponge Scrubber
I would like to have the bowl brush and plunger set. I do spring cleaning every year and this is the year that we are going to paint all the room inside.
I like the Wool Dust Mitt Mop for my Dry Mopping the most of all of the Butler items. It helps out with the situation all the time. I mean it is very easy to use the products.
I usually do a deep cleaning between every season. It is a great time to make sure your home is clean as well as rid yourself of unnecessary clutter. I like to start at the ceiling and work my way down to the floors. I turn on the music, light candles and get busy!
Ooh, I’d also love their glass wand! Looks convenient and easy to use! I try not to put everything off til spring cleaning, but do a little at a time throughout the year. In the spring, though, I definitely try to go through all my closets & drawers to organize clothes. And throwing the windows open definitely puts me in a mood to everything spic n span…especially the windows themselves!
I like Cellulose Sponge Cloths. I don’t enjoy spring cleaning/
I’d like to try the glass wand or any of the dusters. Where does all the dust come from?!?
I don’t have any cleaning tips to offer because I’m not very good at it – it’s all I can do to keep up with the daily dishes and laundry!
I need the Angle Broom & Dustpan. I do try to do a spring cleaning every year.
The Wool Dust Mitt Mop is another product in their site you would like to have. I usually do spring cleaning. I really do not have any cleaning method I can share. I just do one room at a time, top to bottom.
Yes, I usually do spring cleaning. I would also love to try the Microfiber Duster Item# 414023. Butler has a great selection of products. I haven’t heard of them before, but would like to give some of their items a try. Thanks so much.
I could use a new roller mop. I dropped mine down the stairs and it doesn’t work properly now. I do not spring clean anymore. With four kids in the house I clean non stop as is.
I like the Bowl Brush & Plunger Set. Cleaning is not my thing, but I do it because I like dirt and mess even less than cleaning. I’ll be starting my spring cleaning in a couple of weeks.
I would like to have the Angle Broom & Dustpan to keep the litter box area clean.
I love so many products! I like the micro fiber floor duster! I do try to spring clean and then “fall clean” in preparation for Christmas. Sometimes my best intentions just don’t happen though. I say I’m going to clean one room every night each week or something crazy like that, but it just doesn’t always happen :0
I would love to have the magnetic duster and I love the fact that it is hand washable. My house is in need of spring cleaning, I haven’t felt like doing anything because my hubby and I both are retired, unfortunately we lost our only son and I haven’t had the energy to do anything, but now I have no choice, we learned we had a grandson who we had to take custody of so he keeps us on our toes. We have been going through alot of odds and ends to get it ready to be painted. I bet I sweep my floors 3 times a day, and vaccuum at least 5 times a day because we have a yellow lab who sheds like crazy.
So this giveaway would sure help.
I like the Microfiber Floor Duster. I have two dogs and they shed a lot of hair. This would be great to pick up all that hair they shed.
I like the Square Head Kitchen Brush as I think it could get in the corners of the dishes and get them clean. I do like to spring clean. I like to open the windows in the house up and get fresh air thru the house as I clean. Washing baseboards and window ledges are a challenge for me to do as I grown older.
I would like the lamb’s wool duster. I clean my windows in the spring, but the rest of my house I clean throughout the year. I find the best time to deep clean is when I’m in the mood to do it.
Yes, I spring clean. I like to get all the dust out and get ready for spring which often means pollen here. I like the microfiber floor duster to help with the hardwoods
There’s so many useful products that they have. The magnetic duster would be great, as well as the dustpan and brush (mine seemed to have walked off)! I don’t have any great cleaning tips, but some new gadgets would make me more excited to clean. I’d love to be someone who can spend a small amount of time cleaning a day so I didn’t have to spend all weekend cleaning.
Stainless Steel Scrubbers 2pk is one of my fav kitchen scrubber…I’ve never tried this brand but the price is very good (but will it hold up) I also could use a new “KITCHEN
Nylon Bottle Brush” that works
Digging the magnetic duster. I clean daily but deep clean once a month. I also like to purge seasonally. Otherwise it becomes a huge job that takes weeks if I only purge and organize once a year.
I would love to have this Bowl Brush & Plunger Set love that it’s together. I do a Spring cleaning every year and my tip is to write a list and split the chores with my family so it’s not all on one person, me lol.
I would love to have the Corn angle broom. Those are so hard to find around here and they work so much better than plastic brooms. I don’t really spring clean, I just usually take a room at a time sometime during the year and do a deep clean. I guess the spring clean takes place in the yard for my family getting flower beds ready. I really don’t have any tips.
I have so many picture frames and they constantly need to be dusted. The Magnetic Duster would help is day to day collection.
I like the Clorox Bath Stone. I usually just clean year round. I don’t have any amazing cleaning tips unfortunately. I’m one of those that would need them.
I like their large angle broom. I do spring cleaning and have started with our closets. Thank you
I can use a new dry mop, because mine had worn out. I don’t do any spring cleaning, because I keep the house clean, neat, and organized at all times. I use a clean-as-you-go method of cleaning, so it’s not an over-whelming, one-shot ordeal.
I would like the Static Duster and Microfiber Duster for sure. Need help getting around all our electronics and knick knacks. That def the worst job in the house, constant dust pick up. It’s never ending!
I would like to try the Large Angle Broom. The brooms that I have are too soft and they are not angled Yes I do spring cleaning an I enjoy doing it. My method is to clean one room completely at a time
I love the wool dust mop and yes it is about that time to start our spring cleaning we go room by room and try to cover all the bases from top to bottom we break it up into a full weekend so that we leave some time for fun also. Love to give these products a try. Thankyou, Ken
Good Morning Jenniffer,
I had never known about the web site company of #Butler thanks for the introduction to them. They have so many household cleaning products and quite a few that I never knew existed. The one that really has my curiosity going is the #BATHROOM #CLEANING product by #Clorox in the #Bath #Stone . I love a clean, sanitized and pretty bathroom. We have changed out three toilets over the last 25+ yrs in our home in order to enjoy a nice functional toilet. I can’t stand a rusty looking basin for sinks, tubs, or toilets. And so I’ll be trying the sand stone that Butler Cleaning products offers, to keep those stubborn stains from occurring, especially in the inside tank basin where they occur sooner.
I do #spring #clean and it helps refresh the house after being closed up all winter. I love the windows open for fresh air on a good cleaning day and my cleaning tip method is that I bought a rolling shopping cart that houses all my cleaning supplies neatly, that can easily be rolled anywhere. At my age of 56 and lots of health issues, it really helps to use the tools in house cleaning that can let the body last longer to get more done and not rely on others so we still feel self efficient.
Have any cleaning method you can share?
Please make sure your comment is 3-4 sentences in order to qualify. One sentence comment will not qualify
What is your comment number?
my comment number was #39 Julie Cutshaw 🙂
I visited the Butler site and also would love to have the Toilet Power Brush And Caddy Set for my home. I do not do any special spring cleaning but I try to keep our home as tidy as possible. I wish I had some special cleaning methods that made cleaning easier but I don’t. I would love to have cleaning products like the ones I saw on the Cleaner Home Living Butler site that helped make cleaning jobs easier and more effective.
I really like the Power brush and caddy set. I like the bend to it for getting under the lip of the bowl. I do spring clean but I do it like 3 times a year. My best cleaning tip is take the first day to do all the bathrooms. I find if I do all of them in one day, I don’t feel slowed down after they are done. Next I do all the baseboards and the windows. Then, I start in the furthest corner upstairs and work my way until I am done upstairs then downstairs. I take my office and use it to put everything in that needs to be donated, sold, or relocated in the house. It of course is the last room I do.
I like the Microfiber Floor Duster. With pets, there always seems to be fur every where – every day. I do a spring cleaning and try to do a room at a time.
I loved the glass wand! It is very different from other long handled glass cleaners I have purchased in the past. I do not Spring Clean, it seems like my family never did that growing up, so I don’t really think of it. Cleaning is an all year thing!
I would like to have the Wool Dust Mitt Mop
Item# 416210
Yes we always do spring cleaning and the house really needs it after a long winter. No particular method but just dive in.
I would love to try the Dustall Sweeper. Yes, I will be doing some Spring cleaning. My recommended cleaning method is rubbing alcohol. It kills germs & adds shine.
i would love to get the wool dust mitt mop. i think it would come in handy with the dust and dog fur we have.
The Neat Sweep-color box would be super handy! I try to do spring cleaning but sometimes it doesn’t happen until I have more time during the summer.
I like the angle broom and dustpan. I have never tired of cleaning. I do spring cleaning. I like to do windows the most. After being in all winter it’s nice to look out clean windows as everything comes into bloom
Yes, I do spring cleaning every spring. I try to use natural products as much as I can, so mostly lemons and vinegar. I also like the Nylon Bottle Brush since it’ll come in handy for all the water bottles we use during the summer.
Yes I started spring cleaning about a week ago. I like to use vinegar and hot steam for cleaning.
Cellulose Sponge Packs would be my item of choice
I enjoy the spring cleaning process.
have not started yet but will be in 2 weeks I like to use vinegar for a lot of natural products to cleanwith thank you
I would like to try the Clorox bath stone.
I usually do spring cleaning in Janurary when I put away the Christmas tree and decorations. I like to organize my kitchen pantry using inexpensive storage bins. This keeps spices together, baking ingredients in one spot, etc.
I’m interested in the wool dust mop. It says it attracts dust. It’s a product I’ve never tried so I wonder how it will work. I don’t do spring cleaning but I do “when I have energy” cleaning. I do air out the house in the spring.
Man, I could so use another pot and pan brush!!! they work really good. I like to pour water in the pot and a few drops of dove dish soap and then warm it up…makes things so much easier to get the caked on and left (typically by hubby)!! I also need the scrubby sponges also. I tend to go through them fairly quickly!!
I would like the under the rim bowl brush since it’s so tough to get that area clean with a regular toilet bowl brush. I didn’t even know they made something like this, but now that I do know, I’m going to be looking to buy one.
I like the Under The Rim Bowl Brush. I usually do spring cleaning but I think I was a little lazy last year. So this year I will have to make up for that. I like to use old newspapers instead of paper towels when washing windows.
I think having the Neat Sweep-color Box would be nice! It would make it so that I don’t have to stoop and bend over to get up the dust. I do spring cleaning, just sometimes in the fall, sometimes in the early spring, and then early summer… 🙂 My favorite cleaning hack is Vinegar and baking soda. Sounds so simple, but it really takes care of most of the stains that end up in my carpet!
I like the bowl brush and plunger set. The plunger I currently have is so old that when I use it it flips over and becomes useless. I also would like to have the glass wand and some of the nylon mesh sponges. I have kept the sponges on hand for any years but am currently out – these are a valuable asset.
I really need the toilet brush and plunger combination – my plunger is so old that when I use it, it turns inside out. Would also like the glass wand and some more of the nylon covered sponges. I usually keep these sponges on had because they are useful for so many jobs, but I am out
i would love to try the lambs wool duster. I clean with peroxide and dawn dish soap a lot
The Bowl Brush & Plunger Set is a smart and good idea.
I like the Neat Sweep-color Box. I don’t really do spring cleaning. I clean throughout the year.
I would like to have the Microfiber Floor Duster. We do Spring Cleaning. To make cleaning easier we always clean out the house removing any unneeded things before we begin. We then do one room at a time.
I would like the Microfiber Duster. We do Spring cleaning. We like to use soap and water and just give things a cleaning.
I would love to try their Angle Broom & Dustpan, I have a hard time getting a broom to do what I want it to do.
I would like to also have the glass wand! I do spring cleaning in April every year, then I have a garage sale in my with all the things I need to get rid of, we also donate things as well from our spring cleaning!
We need a few of those 24″ long Static Duster(s); we usually dust with an attachment to our vacuum, but recently it was damaged and the manufacturer no longer makes a replacement. Until we find a vacuum that incorporates a dusting attachment that works, we will be dusting with dusters like these !
