It is week 6 of my Nutrisystem program and again there is no change on the scale, but by the same token I have seen an improvement in the way my clothes fit and I am now able to wear some clothes that I could not fit into when I started the program…I was a little concerned about not losing more weight, so I contacted my Nutrisystem coach and she reassured me telling me that as long as I see a loss of inches, then I am good. To be honest, I had the same thing happen to me the first time I did the program and was “stuck “ for a few weeks but ended up losing the weight in the end, so I hope I am going through the same thing.

I stand corrected…I lost a little over 1 pound
I have been following the program, but I had a couple of events this week. Actually, I had some sort of family or friend gathering for the last 3 weekends which makes it a bit more complicated because even if you try to stay away from the “party food”, you always end up at least trying the food.

I am feeling great, more energetic and best of all, I feel more comfortable with what I wear. One big thing for me was being able to wear a pair of neoprene pants that I was dying to wear during my workouts that in the past, I was not able to pull up past my thighs…Yes, the same pink pants you see in this post. My trainer has also commented that my thighs look thinner…perfect, I needed that for the summer!
So this next week I plan to keep doing what I am doing, which is training for a half hour 3 times a week and walking for at least a mile the rest of the days. By the way, walking is also getting a lot easier and I am actually looking forward to my walks!
