I had a lot of health issues during my last pregnancy and some issues after my pregnancy. Among the issues I was left with was a thyroid issue and after a couple of months of taking my Thyroid medicine, I noticed a huge amount of hair loss and also noticed my hair looked really dull and lifeless…Not good!

I did some research and one of the side effects of the medicine I am taking is hair loss so I called my doctor, but he believes it has nothing to do with the medicine ( I disagree), and recommended to get a supplement to help with the hair loss, so I did some research. I actually spent several days looking at different products and while doing that, I came across Natural Wellbeing.

Hair Essentials™ for Healthy Hair

Doctor-formulated capsules which is gluten free and it is meant to help get fuller healthy hair…I have been taking the capsules for about three weeks now. The capsules which you will need to take 3 per day, are quite big so you need to drink plenty of water with them. You can take them all at the same time or one three times a day. I take all three of them before bed so I do not forget.

They do have a little herbal after taste, which is to be expected as they have a Vegetarian formulation and even the capsules are 100% plant-based. The best part? Ever since I started the program, I have seen a difference in my hair… I am doing the three steps so I cannot attribute this to one of the products but to the whole line.
My hair looks healthier and it is definitely softer and shinier than just a few weeks ago when I started the hair loss  treatment.

Fo-ti extract

The Fo-ti extract you need to take 3 times a day with a little bit of water. You add 30 drops to water each time you take it and while I was a little concerned before I tried it (I am not a good medicine drinker), the truth is that you get a little herbal taste, but that goes away as soon as you swallow the mix!

The Fo-ti extract drops are better known for its reputation of restoring hair back to its original color and preventing further graying…And since I started getting those pesky gray hairs, I was really interested in using these drops and to try to delay the gray hair for as long as I can!

One thing I have noticed though is that my nails are stronger and growing a lot faster since I started using the Natural Wellbeing products (the Fo-ti extract is also used for strengthening the nails)

Hair Essentials™ Nourishing Hair Oil

The Hair Essentials Nourishing Oil from Natural Wellbeing is a deeply moisturizing and conditioning hair and scalp treatment that can be easily applied using the dropper that is included with the oil. The oil it’s a blend of natural coconut oil and pure essential oils that are meant to rejuvenate your follicles, moisturize and protect your hair, and improve scalp health to maintain stronger, healthier hair growth….I love it!

The instructions recommend to leave the oil in for at least one hours or overnight for better results and use once a week or more for better results, while I have left it overnight once or twice (I am applying the oil twice a week ), what I usually do, is apply it early in the morning, put it in a bun and leave it on all morning.

I was concerned about putting all that oil in my hair as I have oily hair and I was afraid I would not be able to get it out easily, but I have had no issues at all getting the oil out of my hair…I do use the PURE Shampoo & Conditioner COMBO – Citrus from the Natural Wellbeing website which might be why it is easy to get the oil out.

In just a few weeks, my hair looks healthier and shinier. I actually could see the shine on the hair from the first time I used the oil, but I really think that the results I am getting are due to the complete treatment…While I have not seen great hair growth, I have noticed less hair loss and that alone is awesome!
