Energy bars are one of my favorite snacks to carry around ….Easy to carry with me, no preparation needed and to my surprise they are very filling. One other thing I discovered is that not all brands really worked for me, so I wanted to try a few different brands so I could find which ones worked for my needs.
A few weeks ago I was offered the opportunity to try the chocolate mint flavor Balance bars…..Balance Bar was one of the originators of energy bars in the nutrition bar category. Needless to say I was really interested in trying these bars and see how they worked for me. I received a few of the chocolate mint flavored bars for this review and again, I love the portability. The chocolate mint is like giving in to cravings for chocolate but without the consequences!
Great for when I am on the go and running different errands during the day… I love the fact that I can just throw a bar in my purse and can pull it out whenever I need it…even when I am driving!
The Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch Balance Bar is tasty and refreshing, they added a crunchier cookie base and mint flavor to this delicious chocolate cookie bar …Yum!
