I received a No Matter What™ Flatbed 22 Carry-on Bag to facilitate this review. I was not financially compensated for this post. My opinions are my own and not by any means influenced by any other part.
Are you planning a trip for the upcoming Holidays? While we are not going to travel this year, the baby and I will be taking a quick trip right before the festivities, so I will be traveling with the little bug all by myself. So, I need to make sure that I travel light and that I have everything I need for the little guy on hand…I also need to make sure that my luggage, especially my carryon is easy to move around, and of good quality…No luggage malfunction is acceptable at any time, but most definitely when you are traveling with an infant.
Eagle Creek offers high quality , smart and durable travel gear. They offer luggage and packing solutions for active, adventurous souls ( and moms). I own a set of their packing cubes and love it, so I was very excited to have been given the opportunity to try their No Matter What™ Flatbed 22 carryon bag.
The No Matter What™ Flatbed 22 carryon bag
This sharp carry-on bag is built using an abrasion-resistant water repellent Bi-Tech™ fabric and has an exceptional strength to weight ratio which is exactly what I was looking for as I need something that is resistant to manhandling and will withstand use and abuse…I will be travelling with a kid, stroller, diaper bag and my carry-on, so I am expecting to be multitasking at any given time during my trip.
Lots of features to make your life easier
The bag features large treaded wheels with protective wheel housing and bumpers that facilitate dragging your bag around. The bag was designed with ease of use in mind and has top, bottom, and side haul handles for easy grab and go. It also has a Zippered 3-1-1 pocket right on top of the bag that allows you to quickly access toiletries for TSA screening plus the pocket is big enough so you can keep the things that you might need to have handy at any given point…In my case that would probably be extra formula and pacifiers but it can fit a small tablet, phone and travel documents as well.
The No Matter What™ Flatbed 22 carry-on bag, also features a large zippered mesh door panel in the bag’s main compartment that is perfect for shoes and other like items. In addition, the bag has a recessed handle tray to protect the handle system and heavy-duty runners.
One other feature I really like is the reflective accents found on the bag for night time visibility which is a very unique and not usually found feature. The No Matter What™ Flatbed 22 carry-on bag also has #10 lockable zippers on the main compartment so you can lock your bag.
5 Colors to choose from
This good looking bag is available in 5 different colors to match your needs and personality… Mine is blue and while you can’t appreciate it in their website’s photo, the bag has two different blue tones that make the bag very distinctive and easy to spot in the event that you need to check your bag in.
While reading some of the bag’s review, someone complained about the bag being too big for a carry-on, so I measured it and got: 22 x 14 x 9….keep in mind that the last number will change depending on how much you pack, so you might want to check with your airline beforehand to make sure these measurements comply with your airline requirements.

I love the easy access to toiletries. So many colors to choose from is fabulous too. The fact that they are water resistant is my favorite feature. I don’t have a set of luggage now and would love to win this set!
Wow they sure have alot of nice package products, I just had to go and buy a cheap piece of luggage for a trip I took to Florida, however now that i am retired I will be going back and could sure use this. I also like the Pack-it-specter half cube set, Thank you so much for another fantastic giveaway.
I would love the Flyte AWD 22.
I would also love to try the Load Hauler. All of them are so nice! My only problem I had was once I lost my one bag that was checked. Thankfully is was found and gotten to me!
Pack-It Specter™ eCube L looks like something my daughter could use. Also, the Haul. The 2nd one is for locking and being secure. She will soon be going on frequent weekend trips and needs something small-ish yet secure.
I like the ORV Trunk 36. We do not travel a lot but when we do I feel like I have too many suitcases for three of us. This one looks like it would hold quite a bit .
I love the Tarmac Weekend Bag (blue.) That is a great size for weekend travel or as a carry-on. I also love the idea of having separate zipped up ‘cubes’ in your luggage to organize things, so I’d love a few of those, too, lol.
I would like to get Eagle Creek’s Universal Traveler Backpack RFID. I never really had a packing nightmare (knock on wood). However, my bag was lost coming home from vacation last year. I’m glad it was lost on the return trip and not when arriving on vacation.
I would like to also try the No Matter What™ Flatbed 20. The Load Warrior™ Wheeled Duffel 20 looks fantastic also. They are both the a smidge smaller at 20 inches and very light weight. That’s where the Flatbed shines for me! I always worry I won’t be able to lift my carryon to the overhead compartment, so weight is a big thing for me!
I would love the Pack-It Specter™ Half Cube Set! It would be so helpful to try to fit everything into a suit case when packing! My biggest problem is that my husband and I usually pack one suit case together, so this would be great to help keep our stuff separated.
I would love to have the Mini Crossbody RFID I have never had any luggage nightmares and I rarely travel. But when I do I only take minimal things with me.
I would like to have their RFID Blocker Money Belt DLX. Seems like more and more people are stealing people info. I have been lucky. I have never lost luggage, but have had it beat up pretty bad
I would love to try the Pack-It™ Cube Set. I think these would be so handy in our travels. We have never had lost luggage but a packing nightmare. Never enough room for everything needed.
I really like the Tarmac AWD 30 bag in slate blue. I have never had any travel mishaps with my luggage. I guess we have been lucky. I have been looking at Eagle Creek luggage for a while. It looks very well made.
Great post! I really like the Tarmac AWD 30 bag in slate blue. I have never had any travel mishaps with my luggage. Thank-you for the opportunity!! 🙂
I am very lucky to not have a bad story. I usually just carry on my luggage with me. I have not had to check in luggage in a long time.
I also really like the everywhere crossbody bag.
I would love to try the Tarmac AWD 22. My old carry-on broke and really need a new one. Lucky, I’ve not lost any luggage. One time, my luggage got on the fly, but I got bump to the next one.
I love the No Matter What™ Rolling Duffel L in slate blue. I’ve never had a true luggage or travel nightmare. I have definitely had broken suitcases though which sucks!
I like the RFID blocker holster for travel. We go to Guatemala and this would be great for the airports. Once American lost our luggage on a return trip from Guatemala. My husband had packed fried chicken from Guatemala in one of the suitcases and it was like 90 degree weather. We got our luggage back the next day, at our house in Maine (we were still in RI visiting my sister in law who was mourning her chicken loss lol) and by the time we got home, the bags needed to be thrown out and all the cats in the neighborhood had been into it. ewwww lol
Pack-It Specter™ Starter Set is something I would love to have. I travel a lot, several times a year. Often with my Chihuahua, so I have had a lot of nightmares. I even had my bags lost for 4 days at one point. I have since learned to pack clothes in my carry on also, just in case.
Fortunately, I have never lost my luggage only because I carry-on my luggage. I travel light, only enough for a few days to a week. I’d love to own the Tarmac Weekend Bag…it’s just the size I need with the little traveling that I do.
Pack-It Specter™ Half Cube Set this would help get more organized for sure thanks yes I have had a few mishaps with luggage here
I also like the Pack-It™ Bi-Tech™ On Board. That would be great for my toiletries. I have never had any issues with luggage. I guess I am lucky like that!
The USB Universal Travel Adapter Pro would be great for traveling so I can recharge my tech wherever I go.
I would like to try the DoubleBack™ 26. I think it would be perfect to take on vacation. I would be able to fit all of my items inside.
All the Collapsible Luggage would be perfect.thanks so very much for sharing.my daughter gets to travel.
I like the Emerson carry all.
I really love the No Matter What™ Flatbed AWD 20. We went to Hawaii one year and bought way too much stuff to bring back and it cost us 100.00 for oversize luggage fee to bring back.
They have alot of great products. I would love the Packable Tote. This would come in so handy everywhere I go.
packet spector starter set
I would love the EC Adventure 4-Wheeled Upright 25 in blue as I have trouble carrying suitcases
I would love to have the Pack-It Bi-Tech On Board to store toiletries. We have had a couple of mishaps with a leaky shampoo or conditioner bottle. This would help protect our other items in our suitcase by keeping toiletries separate and organized.
I would like to try the Tarmac AWD 30. We had missing luggage once coming back from Mexico. We made the plane in Charlotte but our luggage didn’t. The airline delivered it to our house at three in the morning.
Switchback 22 would be my choice so good for so many reasons
I would love to try their Pack-It Specter™ Starter Set, because they would keep my clothes nice and wrinkle free while traveling. My packing nightmare involved a return trip from Vegas. My daughter and I brought small luggage for stowaway on our flight to avoid the extra cost involved with storage. When we were ready to return, we couldn’t figure out how we were going to get all the souvenir glasses we had picked up on sale. But we did. And it was a miracle. Every bit of space we could find was used.
I really like the Gear Warrior™ Wheeled Duffel 32. It would be great for rugged travel! And its just the right size.
I also like the Flyte AWD 22. I have had my luggage lost by the airline before. Thanks for the giveaway!
