This is my week 5 after I got back on the Nutisystem blogger program and while this week as a little crazy and nerve wrecking because of the hurricane Mathew, I was able to stick to my diet for the most part…I was supposed to have my MRI done by now but thanks to Mathew, that was postponed so I still have not been able to go to the gym as the doctor does not recommend I do anything until I have the MRI and figure out what is going and with the weather the way it was, there was not much walking either.
One of my favorite Nutrisystem features is how easy it is to make your food and depending on what you decide to order from their menu, it is also very easy to stay in the program as some of their foods you do not even have to heap up which makes staying within the program a lot easier.
I am hoping to be able to start exercising pretty soon , so I can speedup my weight loss as I am aware that the food is just part of the elements that would make the diet successful and I know that a moderate exercise routine and adding some healthy fruits and vegetables are key.
The Leaf which is a Nutrisystem free website with lots of information and even recipes to boost your weight loss, and do not forget the NuMi app to record your progress and food and water intake, it is also free and very easy to use!
We are planning on taking a small trip and already thinking which Nutrisystem foods are best to bring along in order to stay in track ( you can also learn what to order when your dinning out on the Leaf).
