I love the holidays and as a matter of fact, I love the giving part… Reality is that sometimes we are too busy with work, home, and life in general and sometimes we forget to thank the special people in our lives simply for being there.

While gift giving is not the true meaning of these festivities it is the perfect time to bring a little joy to those we love and get something special for them. It is also the time of the year when I like to indulge myself and add my name to the Christmas list!

What I want for the holidays

This year I want a change, I have decided to start with my resolutions a bit early and start working on the things I want to change for the best in my life and while there are a few steps to be followed, it all starts with better health.

I have been slacking for months now because of severe allergies, and I have not been working out of even moving much, and as a result, I have put some pounds on.

The best gift I can give myself is a better me, not just for my own good, but for my family’s sake and it all starts with a state of mind and motivation.-

A new wardrobe for the new me.

The first thing I did was clean out my closet and get rid of all those “comfortable” clothes that made me look like a sack of potatoes.
