Safe Travels with the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix Child Car Seat-Review and Giveaway

Child safety is one of my main concerns and I am sure that I am not the only parent that feels that way. Different states have different ages for determining when a car seat or booster seat is mandatory, and that varies from state to state. Here in Florida a child must remain in a child seat until the age of 4 and there is no booster seat law. In other states a car seat is mandatory until the kids are 8 years old. It also has to do with the kid’s height…I am not sure why the states have such a big difference, but I personally plan to keep my little lady safely in her car sear / booster seat for as long as possible.

I don’t consider myself to be over protective, but a little extra security could never hurt right? The Maxi- Cosi RodiFix child car seat is meant for children 30-120 lbs. and up to 57 inches tall. The car seat features air protect side impact protection that helps to protect your child’s head where it’s needed most in a side impact crash which is one of the main features I look for in this type of car seats as head traumas are very common in a side impact crash.

The Maxi- Cosi RodiFix has IsoFIX (Built-in retractable rigid LATCH connectors for easy installation), user friendly hourglass design and belt routing system that is easy to use by even young kids and elderly people.

One of my favorite features is the Synchronized multi-height headrest and the expanding side wings that can be adjusted as your kids grow to keep the correct height protection.

In addition, the car seat has locking shoulder belt guides, and easy, front address recline matches the vehicle’s seat-back angle for best fit.

The Maxi-Cosi RodiFix child car seat cover is made with high quality fabric that is easy to remove so washing the cover is hassle free. The material is soft and durable and should hold up well to toddler abuse and spilled food products.

The car seat is very comfortable and spacious so your kids can be comfortable while keeping them safe. The RodiFix has a very sturdy construction and along with the other premium features on this car seat makes this a great option for keeping your little passengers safe. Just make sure you read all the instructions that come along with your car seat.The lines on the design are really nice …This is a nice looking car seat!

This booster seat does require that your car be equipped with the LATCH system. Most cars in the last ten years have the LATCH system and really is the easier way to secure your car seat. If the seat belt buckle is between the LATCH systems, do not to use the seat. Also if the LATCH anchor bars are above the seat height (essentially at an upper angle) do not to install it. I had no issues installing mine and the buckle is on the side of the seat. Once you attach it to the LATCH system you thread the seat belt through the upper part of the chair. It clicks into the top part then you pull it through to the buckle. The seat belt should go across the child’s chest, so make sure the sea belt is in the correct position once you install the car seat.

I really like the Kaia stroller. I like that it’s compact but that it works with the small car seats too. The underneath storage bin is really a nice feature as well. Maxi Cosi products look like great quality.

i love the Rodi™ XR because it can convert to a backless booster. i also like it’s relaxed reclining position and adjustable side wings. i also like that it supports up to 100 pounds.

I would love to have a Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System . It looks so light weight and great to travel with. Our current travel system takes up the entire trunk. I would love an umbrella style stroller that my car seat could fit into 🙂

The Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System would be an interesting product to try. I don´t have kids yet, we are planning for next year and that means I only have 1 year or so to test, research and look for the best products for our little one. Strollers and car seats right now are the priority and this seems like a good choice.

I would also like the Pria 70 convertible car seat, because we have two kids who needs to move up a car seat. Our little girl needs to move out of her infant car seat, and our four year old needs a new booster seat, since his 8 year old brother is still using his booster seat. The Pria 70 car seat would be great for our daughter, because it fits children up to 70 lbs.

I would be interested in the maxi-cosi Pria 70, or Pria 70 tiny fit. My little one is around the 25th percentile, so she would definitely benefit from staying in the Pria 70 for a little while, and if I got the tiny fit version, we could be prepared for any future siblings as well! My favorite features for the Pria 70 are the head/side impact protection and the cupholder is a nice plus! Thanks for this opportunity!

I would definitely pick the Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System. It has a nice design and contains both the stroller and car seat plus a base. The color black would be my pick too, it would match the interior of my jeep perfectly!

I really love the Maxi-Cosi Bug Net. We have several mosquitos and irritating bugs here in Louisiana that could upset a baby. I would be able to take my babies camping with this and enjoy the parks.

I would like to try the Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System. I like that the Kaia stroller is easy to fold and lightweight. It also holds kids up to 50 pounds. I learned that the Mico nxt car seat has side impact protection.

I also really like the Maxi-Cosi Kaia stroller. I have a stroller for my son, but to this day I still cannot figure out how to open it the proper way. I love the bright colors on the Kaia. And the storage underneath would come in handy

I like the Pria 70 car seat! I love that the Headrest and harness adjust easily without rethreading and that it fits older children forward-facing – up to 70 lbs and 52″

on a windy, rainy day a weathershield is important. The mico weathershield looks great and is definitely helpful in keeping baby dry and safe during Spring showers.

I like the Kaia stroller! I like that it stands up when folded. It makes it convenient for storage. I also like the large storage underneath it for picnic lunch or whatever you are carrying.

When i had my son i would habe loved the Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System. You get the perks of a travel system but not big stroller. The stroller fold up just like any other umbrella stroller!! I think i found my next travel system for when i have next baby!!

I would love the Pria 70 Leather Edition. It is a convertible car seat and that is just what my little grand is needing pretty soon. At 8 months he is already 23 lbs and his feet are hitting the bottom edge of the baby car seat we bought when he was first born. They grow so fast!

I would absolutely love to have the Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System that includes the Kaia stroller and the Mico Nxt infant car seat . I love that it is easy to fold, unfold, it’s lightweight, robust and has a durable frame, reclines, and includes a parent cup holder. Talk about convenience in one great product.

I just love the Kaia bright red stroller it is so cute . I like that it is lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car which I always have problems with. It looks comfortable for the kids to ride along in too.

Visited the site and another fantastic item is the Kaia stroller! I particularly like this item because it is compatible with a number of Maxi Cosi car seats. I also really like that it has multiple recline positions. I have never owned anything Maxi Cosi but I would love to start!!

The Pria 70 Leather Edition Car Seat faces forward for older kids 9-70 pounds and up to 52 inches tall. It has a reversible insert that’s leather on one side and fabric on the other. Color choices are black, brown or grey leather and I would choose the grey. My two year old grandson would be riding in comfort in this deluxe car set great for long or short trips.

I like the Kaia Mico Nxt Travel System because it stands when folded. It is also a Lightweight travel system. the very best feature is it come with Mico Nxt infant car seat 🙂 The car seat has an adjustable base for custom installation in your vehicle:)

I like the Kaia WeatherShield . With my current stroller the protective flap is way too heavy. It has only a small, plastic window for the child. Therefore, it really limits our spring walks.

I like the Kala stroller. It is easy to fold and put away and it has multiple recline so your baby will always be comfortable when in use.

I would choose the Kaia stroller. I like that it still stands even after it is folded. It is nice that they can be folded and know that they don’t have to lie on the dirty ground. Lightweight is also a major plus when your hands are already full.
