I need to be more organized….In order to be able to keep control of all I have going on in my life and that includes the two kids, my daughter’s many activities and projects, the blog, husband, house hold items, and my new online classes … Yes I need lots of help to stay organized and to keep track of everything so I need a personal planner.

I know a lot of people keep a lot of their activities on their smart phone…I am more a pen and paper gal and while I have a few alarms and notes set up on my phone, I like to be able to write down notes and quotations so I have to have a planner with me.
Design your own planner
No body but you knows exactly what your daily life is like so nobody can put together a planner for you better than yourself….A couple of weeks ago, I received a code from Personal Planner so I can create my own planner according to my needs.
The process is really simple. You first choose the size you want for your personal planner. I went with the A5 which is approximately 16x 21 cm (6.3” x8.3”) and costs $39.95 including shipping and taxes.
Add your favorite photos
Once I selected my size, I was prompted to personalize my front and back of the planner using whichever photos I wanted, and I also get to choose the fonts they will use along with the back ground color.
You can also choose to have a premade design or choose among a selection of patters for the front and back of the planner. I personally love the ability to add photos, so I added a couple of photos of the kids.

After finishing with the cover, you will need to decide what you would like the inside of your planner to have…You have a lot to choose from!

Personal dates (you will need a free account for this option) and it will allow you to transfer all the birthdays of your friends on Facebook and also to add other special dates directly to the planner. You will not forget a birthday or anniversary ever again!

I learned that they have a very nice selection of optional accessories, like a good pen, extra rulers, and extra sleeves and closures. I love that they have a big, customizable wall calendar, too! It’s big and done. By the week, so there would be plenty of room to have a public family calendar with appointments, parties, activities and even meal plans! We sure could use that Asa family!
It’s nice that they also have accessories like pens. My Mom loves trying out new pens, lol. Some people are serious about their pens! Actually, this type of planner would be great for us to keep track of my Mom’s doctor’s appointments & physical therapy. (She had a bad fall a few years ago & is still recovering.)
As a teacher, planners are essential. I use my planner daily to help me prepare for the day, week, month, etc.. Having one that is personalized and durable is also needed. I like that they offer several different sizes. I like to carry smaller ones so they are with me at all times.
One of my goals this year was to get more organized. I’d use this to track my goals and my progress. I love all the customizable options like the graph and dinner plans. I would definitely include the coloring pages too. It’s also awesome that I can start it in any month.
I learned that they offer a blogger planner! As a blogger myself, I desperately need a new planner. My current one runs out at the end of this month, and I don’t want to be stuck without a planner. Oh, the organizational horror!

A personal planner will help keep me on track. I like the Design Themes. “…no one else knows what they’re doing either.” and “This could be the best day of my life” are my favorites.
A personal planner will help me keep better track of the onset and outcome of everything going on as far as scheduling and executing doing daily tasks. I lkike the mini scheduler the most. I think it would help to have one of these.

With 11 people in the home, a planner that can be easily identified on the outside as belonging to me would be very helpful. I struggle with time management and routines so the timetable and striped inlay option will keep me on track.
