This Halloween we are going to start a new tradition in our home…After Christmas, Halloween is my daughter’s favorite holiday and the reasons are not hard to guess, you get to dress in costumes and get loads of candy, so that is a no brainer, Halloween is a favorite for many kids.
I like Halloween with one exception….CANDY, lots and lots of candy that are not helping me to keep my daughter’s dental bill as low as I would like it to be, and getting her to give up her “hard earned “candy is no easy task, so I was really happy to learn about a way to get your kids to give up some of that Halloween candy without a fuss thanks to the Switch Witch and the Magic of Switchcraft !

Love the concept and the idea behind the Switch Witch and the Magic of Switchcraft and more importantly my daughter read her book and is very excited to try to do a deal with her witch. The little witch doll will stay with us the month until Halloween is here and if the little lady was good during this period of time, then they can strike a deal and do the switch the day after Halloween. Not only is this great to prevent the kids from eating a ton of candy, it is a great way for kids with food allergies to get something in return for the candy that they can’t eat and brings a magical feeling that I am trying to preserve in my daughter for as long as I can!
