The little tikes lil’ ocean explorers –Stand n’Dance Starfish for kids 9+ is one of the toys you will find in this fun collection and features a stand that your little ones can hold on to in order to get some balance and support.

 
With visual and musical engagement, these toys will quickly become big time favorite. The Stand n’Dance Starfish tower, encourages to play music and dance along…light and sounds are always very attractive for babies and by combining these two elements on the starfish tower, Little Tykes has created a toy that will not only be enjoyed by the little ones, it would also help with sound and light recognition and action and reaction skills.

 
Babies can start the fun when they can sit by themselves as the light-up keyboard can be played by little hands when sitting or by little feet when standing and dancing.

With the Stand n’Dance Starfish tower, babies will learn to pull themselves up and try to catch the four color balls coming down the spiral.

I have found that the tower can be a little unstable, so you want to be around your little one if he is just learning how to pull himself up and is completely relying on the tower for support.

 
The toy is easy to put together. The tower is recommended for kids 9 months+ and I would say that is about right, but you can set it up for younger babies as they will enjoy the lights and music from the tower.

 
The tower can be a little loud, there are two different volume options…I set it up to the lower setting and that is plenty. There are also two music /light modes so you can switch between the two and keep it more interesting for your little one. While they recommend the toy for kids 9-36 months, I would say that 9-18 months is a more appropriate age range for this toy.
