I received the On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat from Safety 1st for this review. I was not financially compensated for this post. My opinions are my own and not by any means influenced by any other part
One of the first things I look for when I am expecting, is the basic everyday safety and comfort products I will need for my new baby and a good car seat is one if not my top priority, so I want to make sure that the car seat I choose for my new born has all the safety and comfort features my baby is going to need.
The On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat is a Safety 1st infant car seat equipped with all the bells and whistles I want to see in my infant’s car seat.
The On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat
The On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat by Safety 1st is the first infant car seat with Air Protect + technology that provides the tiny users with full body protection. The onBoard™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat features Safety 1st new Air Protect + to keep children from 4-35 pounds safer in the car.
The Air Protect + feature combines the advanced protection of Safety 1st Air Protect® and cushion system with patented GCell HX™ foam designed with hexagonal shapes for superior protection around the baby’s torso.
Both features combined, provide full body side impact protection for your little bundle of joy and peace of mind for the parents and care givers.
In addition to Air Protect +, the onBoard35 Air+ is LATCH equipped with an adjustable stay-in-car base with LATCH storage that keep your belts out of the way when the car seat is not installed in the car. Safety 1st also included an adjustable infant insert that provides a safer snug fit for the tiny passengers.
Rear-facing 4-35 pounds
The On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat by Safety 1st is designed to accommodate babies 4- 35 pounds in the rear facing position. The car seat is heavily padded on the head area of the car seat (Air Protect® advanced cushion system protects your child’s head, where it’s needed most). Safety 1st really made a point on providing a lot of head protection when designing this car seat which is an amazing thing.
Superior body protection
The baby’s head is not the only part that is protected as Safety 1st included GCell HX™ patented foam with hexagonal which shapes inside the seat to provide babies with great body protection. The combination of these two safety elements on the construction of this car seat makes the On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat by Safety a great addition to my baby’s must have products list.
Many great features
In addition to the above features, the On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat has a 5-point harness with up front adjustment, 4 harness heights and 3 buckle locations to accommodate your growing baby. The card seat also has one Click™ LATCH equipped with LATCH storage, Carry Curve™ Handle with an ergonomic design, and the car seat also features a Base Belt Lock-Off that easily secures the vehicle’s seat belt across the base and an adjustable stay-in-car base.
The car set is sturdy, easy to install and use. It comes with a small lever that allows you to know when the car seat is properly placed in the car while a large adjustable canopy protects your baby from sun and weather elements and it is of course airplane ready and approved!
The maximum height for this car set is 32″ and 35 pounds is the maximum weight recommended for this car seat.
The On Board™35 Air+ Infant Car Seat is available in two different color combinations and has a retail price of $169.99.

I like the SleekRide™ Premier Travel System – ABC Toile. I really like the design of it. It’s pretty compact and it closes easily.
I’d love to get the Disney Baby WINNIE THE POOH Bubbles Music & Lights™ Walker. I like the color scheme and all the toys on the tray. We will be going to at least 2 family occasions for the holidays, which is always nice but exhausting just thinking about it!
With a new baby on his way, due to arrive in December, I am always on the lookout for practical, functional, and stylish gear. I really like the Safety 1st brand and their products have never let me down. I checked out their site and the Nod-A-Wat Bassinet in Waves, caught my eye right away. It provides a safe and comfortable place for baby to doze during those first few weeks. I have always been the type of parent that likes to have my baby within arms reach for the first month or so before moving him to his own room and crib. Thanks for the chance to win the On Board 35 Air+ car seat.
I also love to have the Nod-A-Way® Bassinet – Cali and we are going to my parents in another state for the holidays!
I really like the Trivecta Stand Alone – Emerald
This sounds like a nice sturdy stroller and easy to put up and take down. Thank you for sharing this site
I didn’t know you were pregnant. Congratulations. I would like the Sink Snuggler Baby Bather
id love to have the Disney Pronto Booster – Minnie Flower or the Summit® Booster Car Seat – Rachel. Im not sure which kind of booster my daughter will need but they both look great. thank you for the chance to win
I’d love the SnugFit Folding Infant Seat! This year, for the holidays, we’re hoping to go to Big Sur, on the beautiful, rocky coast of central California. We love the gorgeous views and the sound of the waves crashing dramatically against the cliffs!
I would like to try the 3-Ease Stroller – Rings Stroller.
I would also like to try the Able Convertible Car Seat – Tapestry. It would be perfect for one of my other grandchildren. If I get lucky enough to win the car seat in this giveaway it would be for my new grandchild who is due in May.
I am due next month, so we will not be traveling for the holidays this year with a newborn. I am in desperate need of everything. Financially, we’ve been hit hard with unemployment in our household, so I would be appreciative of anything and everything that we can get. I would personally like the 3 E travel system midnight because a stroller may be a necessity for us.
thank you for the opportunity!
The travel strollers are must have!!! I like the Saunter Luxe Travel System – Owls and SleekRide LX Travel System – Eiffel Rose
Visited the site and another fantastic item is SleekRide™ Premier Travel System – ABC Toile, I really like the color scheme. I like that the stroller has a Ultra-compact, 1-hand fold and stand. We are planning some road trips at the end of the year but not travelling during the holidays.
Our little one is coming sometime between Christmas & New Years so we won’t be doing any traveling – except to the hospital 🙂 In any case, we haven’t bought much for the little guy yet, so there’s a lot of stuff from their website that I’d love – including the SleekRide™ Premier Travel System – Sail Away. Something like that would be amazing…
We are expecting our first little bundle of joy this coming March and my husband and I could not be more excited! I would absolutely love to have the SnugFit Folding Infant Seat because I am a big fan of their safety features and patterns. Most of my family is in town and since I am pregnant, we will most likely stay home and enjoy the holidays close by.
I love the trivecta stroller. Looks great for jogging! Would love to win it so I can take my baby out for runs.
With my granddaughter getting older, I’d really like to have the Genesis Digital Color Video Monitor in order to keep a better eye on her. Got to love all the new technology for babies & toddlers! So much nicer than back in my day.
I would like to try their Easy-Fit® Security Gate. This is so important if you have stairs in the house
I would like to try their Crystal Clear Monitor in Pink 🙂 We are staying close to home for this holiday. It is my little girls first Christmas so we want her to be able to enjoy it with both sides of the family!
Thank you!

I’d like to try the Lift, Lock & Swing Gate
I’d love to try their genesis digital video monitor. We are not specifically traveling anywhere for the holidays, unless a surprise trip comes up!
I’d love the ProGrade® View of Two Mirror for car rides. This winter, a few long drives to see family, but then we’re flying to spend Christmas on a beach! Glad there are so many things to make traveling safer than ever!
Comfy Cushy Potty Trainer & Step Stool – Pink
I wanna plan a trip to Bush Gardens!! My little one loves looking at animals.
Comfy Cushy Potty Trainer & Step Stool – Pink
I wanna plan a trip to Busch Gardens. My little one loves looking at animals. Would be a great trip to take in November when it cools down just a little. Florida has the best “winters”.
I would really like to have the Incognito™ Kid-Positioning Seat – my granddaughter is too big for the booster seat she is using, but can’t see out the window if she isn’t in it. This would solve the problem.
I like the Genesis Digital Color Video Monitor.
We aren’t planning any travel this holiday season.
I would get the Try! Potty Trainer & Step Stool – Green. The reason I’d get green is that both a girl and boy would use it, This has a step stool that comes in it, so that’s a plus for both children. 🙂
I love the Lion potty
I would love to try the Baby walkers for a couple of reasons. one is that everyone says it helps them learn to walk a lot quicker. And 2 that its quite nice to have when you have carpeting.
We’re big fans of Safety 1st products, as we used several gasgets to babyproof our home with our older son. Now that I’m pregnant again, and we gave away everything from my first pregnancy, there are so many products I’d love to have from this brand. I ink the one I’d love the most would be the custom care modular bath set. Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love the SleekRide™ Premier Travel System – Sail Away. They have alot of great looking things I would love
I also like the looks of the AdapTable High Chair – Cosmos Storm. The major problem I have with major companies is that, as far as I can tell, none of them provide the ability to purchase replacement high chair seat pads–at least I haven’t been able to find any for our chair (not a Safety 1st model). We are not planning to do any traveling this holiday season, although my grandsons are going to California to visit their aunt before she is completely tied down by her position as a store manager for the shopping season!
I think the
Disney Baby ALICE IN WONDERLAND Care Center™ Play Yard
is pretty freaking amazing and any baby would be lucky to have it. I don’t have any travel plans for the holidays. I am looking forward to baking and cooking though.
I would love the Disney Baby Alice in Wonderland Care Center Play Yard would be great. My husband works retail so he has to work Black Friday, and all around Christmas. It stinks, but our family is local so that is a bonus!
i like the S1 Trivecta – Poppy. i’m due in a month. it would be great to win this.
I would also love to have the Disney Baby DUMBO Saunter Luxe Travel System, this would come in so handy with our new little grandson who is only 7months old now. Its been awhile since our only other grandchild is now going to be 16. Thanks so much
Having grandkids from little to teen and also new family just about to have little ones, I did not know there were products for the tots and kids. I think the Incognito™ Kid-Positioning Seat would be something a LOT of my family would use. (a good handful of them in this age category) Something really reasonably prices that would provide more comfort and less slouching.
We will not be traveling for holidays but the kids and their little ones will travel to home base. Luckily it is not much over 2 hours for the farthest away. Next year, we may all going west coast to visit another family so THAT would require SAFETY FIRST!
Slightly traveling this winter. Nowhere big. I’d love to own an Omega Elite Convertible Car Seat in Bloomsbury.
I like the Deluxe Comfort Matress.
I would love to have the Trivecta Stand Alone – Emerald! We play a lot of disc golf and could really use a stroller that can handle the woods better.
I like the AeroLite Stroller- Woodbine. It would be great for my new grandchild. Our travel for the holidays are local travels to family.
I would like to try the 3-Ease Stroller – Rings Stroller.
I would like to try the 3-Ease Stroller My sister is having a new baby and this would be a great. It looks like it is study and safe.
I really would like the tandem double stroller. Hopefully we will have baby #2 and that would be very helpful to have. I don’t think we really plan on traveling anywhere in particular.
I really like the Lift, Lock & Swing Gate I have such a hard time keeping my youngest from the stairs going to the bottom level of the house makes me a nervous
I would like to have the Disney Comfy Carry Elite Plus Infant Car Seat – Floral Minnie.
I liked the Incognito™ Kid-Positioning Seat. I don’t believe we’re traveling this holiday season, but we should be in late January.
I’d like to have the Baby on Board Tot-A-Long. My daughter is a runner so this would make me worry less that she will get lost. We are probably traveling for the holidays…just not sure which relative’s house we will be visiting
I would love to get
3-Ease Stroller – Rings
for my neighbor. She is a single parent and really need help.
