I received a Tray Haven in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

My little guy is now a 22 month old very active and very independent little bundle of energy that basically refuses to eat anything that he can’t feed to himself which is ok…Except for the fact that he has not really managed the art of eating with a spoon and has the tendency to throw things and that of course includes his food, so my carpet is really not having an easy time.

A few weeks ago I received a pitch for a product that looked interesting and a possible solution to my dilemma.
The Tray Haven is a mesh barrier that you can install in your kid’s high chair to help keep the food where it should be, or at least off the floors and carpets!

The Tray Haven

Compact, easy to store and easy to install, the Tray Haven is made with quality and breathable mesh netting supported by a sturdy wire structure. With the easy storage, it can be put up at meal time and then taken down when not in use.

The tray Haven goes all around the high chair and its kept in place by two snap straps that are secured to the back of the chair where little curious hands cannot reach.

At first the little guy was really interested in the new addition to his meal time and was really curious about it, but he quickly accepted the barrier around the chair and forgot about it.

The Tray Haven does a nice job at keeping the food in the food tray and off of my carpet, but the truth is that some food still makes it to the floor ( the little guy has a good throwing arm), but not nearly as much as it did before, so I would say I am happy with the tray haven’s performance.

The Tray Haven is easily cleaned. All you need to do is use the sprayer at the kitchen sink and you can use dish soap if needed ….And since we all have lazy days, you can also fold the Tray Haven and place it on the top rack of the dishwasher for a more thorough cleaning and disinfecting.

You can purchase the Tray Haven for $24.99 at their online store and is available in your choice of blue or pink!
