I was a little concerned about the fact that since the scale never actually shows the actual weight I would have no way to know how accurate the Quantum Scale actually is…The instructions that came with the scale recommend to step on the scale with something heavy so you can see that the scale actually works…I went a little further than that and used a regular scale each time I used the Quantum scale just to make sure the results were the same and yes, no problem at all.
One thing I have to say is that it is a little tricky to tap on the right spot in order to get the scale to go on, so the correct spot is straight and to the top. Once you get the four lines that tell you the scale is ready for you…..Step on the scale and those lines will flash and then it will display the weight you lost or gained.
I really like the scale and the innovative way to let you know about your weight loss progress. I find it very inspiring and it seems easier to set up goals and to actually achieve them when you do not have a big number in front of you!
