I signed up for a boot camp, and I must admit that I love it. I love the environment, the people, and most of all, how good I feel after each session.

After I moved, the fitness studio was a bit too far for me, so I decided to give a CrossFit center a try for a couple of weeks and decide which gym to join afterward. Unfortunately, I have been sick, and I don’t want to start at a new gym while sick.

I love going to the gym and exercising, but there are times when I just can’t make it happen. At the same time, I don’t want to lose what I have accomplished I’ve lost about 12–14 pounds). I have been walking in the mornings for at least one hour, but I wanted something that would engage my core—the tummy has proven to be my problem area.

Home Fitness Set

The truth is that there is tons of gear for exercising at home, but a lot of these home fitness sets cost an arm and a leg. I need all my limbs, so I decided to try a budget-friendly kit.

I tried the Kamileo Ab Roller Wheel, 4-In-1 Ab Roller Kit. It’s a compact fitness set that can come with me even when I am on the go. This fitness kit includes a handy four-in-one ab roller, core sliders, jump rope, and resistance bands that allow me to have a full body workout from the comfort of my home.

This set allows you to tone or strengthen your core. It also allows for a variety of workouts with different intensities to enhance your abdominal, back, shoulder, and arm muscles.

I had tried a one-wheel ab roller before but did not have a good experience. This ab roller has two wheels, which makes it easier to use and more stable while still delivering a great workout.

The wheels are coated with PU and ABS materials, which makes them very quiet and even more stable.

 

The handle is also different in this version; it’s covered with anti-slip foam, which gives me a better grip and makes it more comfortable.

The core sliders on the fitness set engage your core muscles during the workout. The sliders make the exercises more challenging, so they are great when you are ready to add a little difficulty to the workout.

You can use it with or without the ab roller for better abdominal toning, which is exactly my goal. I also love the knee pad included in this fitness set. It helps me avoid knee injuries when rolling frontward and backward.

Need even more challenge in your workout? Add the resistant bands to your exercises! Finally, the jump rope is the cherry on top and a great way to get my cardio in.

A Little Tip

Get some music going when you start your workout. It’s amazing how much easier it is to complete a workout routine, jog, or walk when you have your favorite jam on!
