It started as a regular spring cleaning and very quickly became a full upgrade of my daughter’s bathroom that started with her mirror and quickly expanded to the sink….and the rest of the bathroom. I had been dying to make some upgrades and this was as good a time as any other, so I took on the project and while it started with my daughter’s bathroom, that was just the beginning!

I wanted to give my daughter a bathroom with a fun touch that was also kid friendly, but since this bathroom is actually the guest bathroom I want it to also look nice and one of the big changes we made was a new faucet.
Her old faucet was having issues and looking beat up, so we decided to replace it with the Delta Faucet VERO™ Two Handle Widespread Lavatory Faucet.

Can you fall in love with a faucet?

1Absolutely! I knew the faucet looked really nice and elegant when I ordered it, but truth is that this faucet looks amazing!

The modern design of the faucet adds a je ne se qua to the bathroom and gives it an elegant adult touch to a kid’s bathroom while keeping it playful and fun.

The faucet was a little tricky to install and it took the husband a bit more effort and time that what he has anticipated (mainly on removing the old faucet), but it was well worth it.

What else do I love about the faucet?

I also added some décor touches like a pink and blue mural from my Wonderful walls to create a very unique atmosphere that my daughter and anyone that sees the bathroom loves, matching towels, a couple of flowers and bath mat and the job was done!
