One of the first things I cut out when I decided to go on a diet and lose weight was soda pop. I would usually have one or two cans a day to go with my meals—it really helped me settle my stomach, and I loved it—so cutting it out cold turkey was certainly not in my plans.

I like the Aqua Fizz electric one. The screw on cup is so cool. The electric part is nice too. We have an electric one now that has been WELL loved and is now on it’s last legs as a result of over use!
I like the Fizzi classic model. I do not drink soda so I wouldn’t be interested in the flavor packets. I just add some sliced fruit to my seltzer for flavor.

I’m looking for things to stay a bit simpler and a little more natural. I’m not sure what I would add to it. Maybe juices. The Hydration Pack would work fine w/ me. I would try the lemon drop flavorings. I seriously NEED do drink more water. I am in a TOPS weight loss group and I have lost 80 pounds and drinking water is a big help with losing but I just don’t think to go grab a glass or bottle of water. It is especially difficult in the winter to drink water. Diet pop isn’t good for you and I tend to drink too much coffee so this would be a good alternative. I could even take the unit to one of my TOPS weight loss meetings and demonstrate it to the ladies in our group. They all have the same complaint, they can’t get all they water in for the day.
